Hello! We are two postgraduate students from India and both of us are doctors, currently pursuing our Masters at UNSW Sydney. We are looking for a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment or house to call home for the duration of our 2-year degree.
We are quiet, respectful, and responsible individuals who take pride in keeping our living space clean, organized, and peaceful. Our routine is balanced—attending classes during the day (both in-person and online), winding down quietly in the evenings, and potentially working part-time. We deeply value a calm, comfortable environment where we can relax, focus on our studies, and enjoy our time in Sydney.
As tenants, we are easy to communicate with, punctual with rent, and highly considerate of the property and neighbors. We’re looking forward to finding a cozy place we can treat with care and truly make our own.
