I'm an Information Security Consultant, published author, public speaker and always traveling overseas. I leave no trace behind when I'm somewhere, very respectful of the personal space, warm, easy going and laid back. I don't smoke, I prefer a place with no pets or children as I love a quiet home. I'm also a minimalist. I can't stay in busy places! I would like a place with my own bathroom. I also drive, so an off-street parking is a must.

Easygoing, Super clean, Not a party animal, Like to cook, I enjoy a glass of wine on weekends, I like to work out and go to the beach in summer. I work in media and i also work from home on my blog, looking for a large bedroom, private bathroom & built in wardrobe. I film for my Youtube channel so looking for a quiet space to be able to do that, or flatmates that aren't necessarily home often. I work 4-5 days during the week in the city. Looking for a clean place, i do have my own furniture but don't mind having a furnished room. I also would prefer a car space as i do drive but this isn't a huge issue. BONUS: If you have a pool or gym or other facilities!! Let me know :)
I want to discover other cultures, meet new people, improve my English, that's why i come to Sydney. I'm an open minded and easy going person, very clean and respectful. I also like to cook ;)
Modern and spacious 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Vaucluse. Dark hardwood floors with a lot of natural light. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen with large shared garden complete with barbecue area. 1 of 4 apartments in the block with very friendly neighbours. Fully furnished living with 2 friendly professional females aged 28-32 years old. Walking distance to public transport and a choice of local cafes and shops.
Looking to move any time after 24th November 2017. Looking for a house share situation or an apartment that has good storage spaces. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a 5 shelf -6ft tall bookshelf, a push bike, 2 cd racks, a glass top dining table that stores flat and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space some things could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Looking for a place that has a CLOTHES DRYER for those rainy days off when I have to do my laundry. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Im a meditator and presently on a leave from work and studies. I have taken time out to learn more about music and to have lots of time to meditate out in the nature and to write. I am an avid reader which means that I have a lot of unusual books and pieces of philosophy that may interest you. I'm a neat freak generally. I love to be very tidy. Kindly contact me only if you are ok with my singing and occasional guitar strumming. I'm not into the noisy rock genre. But I love country and indie music. Peace and love :)
Hi there! My name is Josh, and I am a director of an animal health company, which develops new drugs to help treat diseases in companion animals (puppies and kittens). I'm about to submit my PhD thesis, which focused on the early detection of cancer, in January 2018. In my time off, I enjoy long drives, latin dancing, and exploring the local food and bar scenes. I'm looking for a fun, vibrant share house with friendly flat mates. I am very social, however also respect the privacy of those I live with. I'm serious when needed, but also like to let my hair down and relax after a long work week.
I'm a naturopathy student studying in the city and love the beach, bush walking, markets, cooking healthy food and going out for dinner. My study is hectic so I appreciate a zen vibe and like to get a long with my housemates and have some social time together when the mood strikes. Looking for a nice place to call home.
I’m looking for a separate entrance home with a private backyard with grass and a private pool. I have a cat that is dying and hope to have a peaceful environment for her last days. No dogs nearby. I need a secure undercover car space. Thanks
- Fantastic views right outside your doorsteps - Easy Access by bus to the City (30 mins), Bondi (15 mins) or Watsons Bay (5 mins) - Quiet neighbourhood - Flatmate is often out, therefore you have the whole unit to yourself - Netflix and wifi included
Hello :o) I have recently obtained a job maintaining a section of Sydney Harbour National Park and I am looking for accommodation closer to work. I am currently commuting for approximately two hours each way and I'd really like to shorten that. I would only be staying at the accommodation from Monday to Thursday, as I have a partner and step-kids and I will be coming home on Friday nights to spend the weekend with them. I'm basically looking for somewhere to sleep during the week. I am a neat and tidy kind of guy and my interests include horticulture and landscape photography. I don't drink or smoke.
Hi folks! I'm looking for a flatmate for my beautiful, sunny and fully furnished art deco Apartment in quiet Vaucluse from the 15th December for a minimum of 3 months. If you would like to live in a quiet spot that is nonetheless close to the city and right near some stunning local beaches, parks and cliffs, you will feel very much at home here. The apartment is situated up on the cliff near the light house and if you step outside the front yard, you can see Sydney harbour to one side and breathtaking ocean views to the other. The location is spectacular and there's usually a wonderful sea breeze. The apartment is bright and airy and gets sun light pretty much all day long. The floors are gorgeous polished floor boards except for the bathroom (tiles) and kitchen (laminate). The kitchen is fully equipped and looks out onto a beautiful gum tree that is home to some cheeky birds that come and say hello when you are cooking. Although a bit old, the bathroom has a lot of charm and is clean and tidy with zero mould. Out the back there's also a communal yard and an attached outdoor laundry with plenty of hanging space for washing. The block is very quiet and the neighbours are all very friendly and respectful. Your room will be available from 15th December for a minimum of 3 months. The available room is the slightly smaller and charming second bedroom and features polished floor boards, a great sun room with big windows and LOTS of light and recently new paint. It will be UNFURNISHED except for a useful white storage unit from IKEA which is in great condition. I am extremely clean and love minimal and clean decor so you won't find junk/clutter in the apartment. All you will need to bring is furniture for your bedroom. I don't drive (yet) so I rely on the bus and the connections to here are great. There's a bus 10 meters up the road (324 or 380) that takes you straight to the city in 25 minutes via Edgecliff and Kings cross. Just 10 minutes further down the road there's also busses to Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach (380, 386, 387). There's plenty of free street parking right outside the house too! No pets allowed unfortunately. But there are some awesome parakeets in the tree outside our kitchen that love eating pumpkin seeds out of your hand. I take great pride in looking after my home and am looking for someone who feels the same as the apartment isn't huge. My current flat mate and I are very respectful of each others spaces, the communal space and make sure we take care of the house in equal parts. I am very particular about cleaning up after cooking (cleaning the stove after use and wiping up food scraps from surfaces and floor) and not leaving dishes out after use. It seems a bit silly to have to mention this but I guess it's better expectations are communicated from the start. We are a vegetarian/pesceterian house hold and although I have no issue with other people eating meat, I can't have meat kept or cooked in the apartment - Fish is fine! The apartment is not huge and is therefor not well suited to entertaining large groups. My flat mate and I generally let one another know if we are planing a dinner or to have people over, so we can check if it suits the other person. I'm hoping you will value looking out for one another in that way also also. I love coming home from a busy day to this idyllic spot - there's wide open space and the ocean up here and its just so peaceful.
The place is amazing! Its a huge mansion with multiple living spaces. If you need your own space or want to hang out the house is suitable for either. The place has so much character and the people here are lovely. We are just looking for someone to complete the crew. We are all working professionals that like a balanced work/social mix. The house has a big pool and jacuzzi. We are close to the nicest harbour beaches. 2mins walk from Milk Beach. We are a 5 minute drive from Bondi and we are about 30min on a bus to the city. The room itself is actually a penthouse suite. It is like a New York loft space that has epic views straight down the harbour. Look forward to meeting you:)
Moving to Sydney from NZ for work. Absolutely love travel and meeting new people. Recent graduate, have studied in NZ, Germany and done a summer in India. Enjoy running, swimming, and cricket. Social and like have a beer (or two) in the evenings.
Hello! I'm 24 years old working 5 days a week as a barista in North Bondi. Spare time I'm usually, at the beach, surfing, reading or writing. In Sydney trying to get into acting. Looking for a home that is fun and warm, some where i can relax and unwind away from the outside world. Always keen for a chat and don't mind a beer or wine though not into partying. I'm open minded, respectful, laid back, and considerate. Mikey.
I have a spare bedroom in a lovely semi-detached house for rent in a peaceful and quiet area of Vaucluse. The 2-bedroom house is spacious, and we also have a very large backyard with lots of flowers and plants. The (unfurnished) double room will fit a king-size bed with extra room to spare, and has a large floor-to-ceiling 4-cupboard built-in wardrobe. The house is well-situated in Vaucluse in a quiet street, and is very close to shops, cafes, bus stops and some of Sydney's most beautiful beaches and coastal walks (Hermitage coastal trail, Nielsen Park, Parsley Bay reserve etc).

I work from 8am until late in evening in a medical sales role and travel away interstate quite a lot. I also study in the evening (finance major). I use a meal prep delivery service for all meals so I wouldn't even need to cook and use kitchen heaps ect. I'm very clean tidy and respectful and also nice to chat to as well.
My partner (Thomas) and I (Alizée) are looking for a spacious and modern appartment/house to move in either on Dec 9-10 or 16-17 or around January-February (however Thomas won't be there in January). We currently live in Chiswick with another couple but unfortunately the owner is coming back to live in her apartment. We are from Belgium and are both working full time. Thomas is an automation and electrical engineer and I'm a GIS Specialist in the property sector, mainly focusing on retail. Because of his demanding job, thomas is away most of the time during the week, travelling for work. I felt in love with Australia 4 years ago while I was on the working holiday visa as an Au Pair. We both like water sports. I do windsurfing and sailing and we both would like to learn surfing. Thomas can't wait to skateboard again. And we really would like to try our snowboards on the Australian/NZ/Japan slopes. We are really social people. In my spare time I like to meet new friends and organise different kind of activities, trips and weekends away for internationals living in Sydney. We are reliable and would keep the place tidy and clean. We are non-smokers, became vegetarian (almost vegan) 4 months ago but really don't mind if you aren't ;) it was a challenge for us to try and we actually don't find it especially difficult. We like to protect the environnement as much as possible. We would like to find flatmates that share the same values and with who we can become friends! We would be delighted to get to know you; even if it's just to go for a drink. See you around! Best, Thomas and Alizée
