Hi, I'm 31 years old. Down to earth, clean, neat and tidy. Currently reside in Vaucluse but looking to move to a new place as my roomies (couple) are looking to have their own place. I work full time in the CBD and sometimes on the weekend in Bondi Junction. I'm a quiet, relaxed person. I have a lounge and dinning room suite, kitchen appliances, washing machine and much more. I require a garage for my car. I don't like to party, like to have a glass of wine here and there and go out for dinners with friends. I'm easy going, trust worthy and good company. I love a clean and tidy apartment and looking for a place to call home. I do have a little dog also, her name is Indi so somewhere suitable for a small dog. She is tiny, toilet trained and very timid. Loves people, doesn't bark and is very well behaved. I am only interested in the areas I've stated as per my profile, please. Thanks

Hello, I am renting my room within my apartment for 4 weeks from December 16th - Jan 14th. Single occupancy only. You will be sharing the apartment with my housemate who is a Pilot for Sydney Seaplanes. Hello, I have a double room for rent in my bright and clean Vaucluse flat. Very close to Coles, Vaucluse shops and the beautiful diamond bay views. Bus stops are a short 4min walk and the express bus takes you directly into the city within 40mins and Bondi beach in 8minutes. Plenty of free street parking available. I am 34 years old and originally from the UK. I have been living in Sydney for 3.5 years and work as an IT professional. I'm locked down in the week focusing on work but social at weekends enjoying adventures away or drinks with friends. Prefer sunny day drinks to all night sessions nowadays. Love eating out and trying new foods with all the amazing breakfast, lunches and dinners the east has to offer. With that said I might have odd weekend just completely chilling, cooking, cinema or dedicating some time to health and fitness. Love the outdoor beach Summer life style. 2-3 times a week I'm up early for a sunrise run between Bondi and Bronte or a quick ocean dip before and sometimes after work. Not a bad cook and happy to share the occasional glass of wine or beer in the evenings and get into some Netflix. All new appliances, mod cons and Internet. Small Storage and laundry room also available. Single occupancy, No couples and can be unfurnished if desired. Short term let also considered. Answer questions please ask.
My name is Anh (pronounce Anne), 21 years old. I am from Switzerland but my background is vietnamese. I speak french, german, english and also vietnamese. Actually, I am a student here. I am studying accounting and financial. I am a tidy person and I also cook very well. I am a open-minded and humble person. I respect other's space :). I don't mind to participate in the housework as well. I am looking for a private room not too far away from the city as possible. I am looking for the 24th of Feb. 2016.
My name is Holly! I'm a chef in Berrima, NSW! I'm starting a new job in Vaucluse in December/January and need a temporary home/long stay home depending on how the job goes! It will be Monday - Friday work. I'm easy going, love adventures, a bit of a clean freak and love to cook at home. I don't smoke. However, I don't care if someone smokes..and well, who wouldn't want to live with pets?! I just don't own any myself. Max budget is $300. Need a place where I can park my car and preferably an ensuite...happy to go without. No share bedrooms. Looking for furnished room so I can make an easy move! I love reading and live music. Let me know if you have something! Thanks!
I'm 28 years old from Thailand. I am working full time from Tuesday to Saturday in Vaucluse. I am easy going, friendly and polite. Love to do an activity and go out on my day off, but prefer to stay with myself after work. As a flatmate, I am very tidy, organized, quiet, and respect my flat mates space and privacy. I am looking for a long-term room from middle of December.
Hi There, I am currently living in Rose Bay however I am moving out in a couple of weeks as my current room mate is moving away from Sydney. I am looking to move into an apartment around the Eastern Suburbs however I would also be open to moving to Paddington as I also love that area. I am friendly, reliable and recently new to Sydney myself (I moved down in July this year). I am looking to move in with another female who is similar in age (mid 20's - I am 24). I have Full Time, secure employment (working for a luxury fashion house) in the CBD. My budget is $300 per week and I am able to go halves in the bills (water/electricity etc). I would like my own room (not willing to share sorry) and preferably my own bathroom however I understand that this is not always possible. I have my own Queen sized bed & bedside tables so I would prefer that the room available is unfurnished. I do not have any furniture that I can contribute unfortunately as I have moved down from Brisbane with only my belongings! I do however have a few kitchen items such as glass wear (stemless wine glasses), toasted sandwich maker and an egg poacher that I can contribute to the apartment). My preferred move in date is over the weekend of the 17th/18th of December 2016. Please contact me if you're interested. I am able to view places on weekends and possibly of an evening during the week when I get home from work after 6:00pm. If you would prefer to meet up for coffee over the weekend I would be more than happy to do this also. Looking forward to hearing from you! Jo
I am particularly clean, like things tidy. Work hard during the day so like to take it easy during the week and enjoy a good night out on the weekends with friends. I lived overseas for quite some time and have been back in Sydney now for a bit. I love my sports, travelling, and food. Looking for people to share an apartment with let me know if your interested.
Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. The unit is in a quiet street next to the ocean with picturesque walking trails. It has been renovated and is in excellent condition. Plenty of natural light and lovely sea breezes. North East facing balcony overlooking the pool. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Floorboards in the lounge/dining. Internal laundry with dryer included in the lease. Two good sized bedrooms with mirrored built in robes. Bathroom has a shower and bath. The building complex is 3 storey and in great condition and very peaceful. There is a small LUG. Only 2 minute drive to Vaucluse shops. 5 minute drive to Watsons Bay and Rose Bay Ferry Terminal, which takes 10 minutes to Circular Quay. Or you can drive to the city in 15 minutes. 10 minute drive to Bondi Beach. 5 minute walk to bus stop. I'm also looking at selling my furniture if you're interested. Contact me for an inspection. Cheers Mez
Friendly young professional who is relocating to Sydney for a work opportunity. Ideally looking for a long term arrangement with a private room as close to the Sydney CBD as possible. I will be putting in some long hours so the less travel time the better. For an early 20s guy I am fairly domesticated! So I always clean up after myself. I live an active lifestyle and in the warmer months I become an avid surfer.
Hello.... My name is Pablo, I am originally from Colombia but live in Sydney since approximately a year. I am a quiet, clean and tidy person who is very sociable but respects the privacy of others always. Currently I am studying Marketing and Management at the MnM Institute but personally I’m involved with natural therapies as well as developing projects connected to music, art and technology. I like good conversations or shared dinners – in general an easy-going atmosphere within a shared apartment or house.
Clean, neat, organised, social & considerate. Can cook, pet-friendly.
My boyfriend and I are 26 year old science teachers from the UK. We have just finished travelling the east coast and are looking to live and work in Sydney for the next 6 months. We really like this city and are keen to live anywhere that has a nice vibe with good transport links to the city. We're a chilled out pair who love the outdoors and new experiences. We enjoy quiet times, cooking a nice meal and watching a film but are also up for socialising with a few glasses of wine.
Friendly, clean, wide ranging interests from food and music to ceramics and embroidery. Easy couple to live with, have shared many flats with singletons and other couples before. We have just returned from a big trip around Europe in a van. We are respectful of other peoples space, like to socialise with our friends and are close to our families. Weekends away are spent camping with friends and exploring new beaches.
Looking to move on Dec 20th 2016. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with ex housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Hi, Im Bre, a 35yo Professional, Hard-working Female. Looking for a large room, would prefer own bathroom but not essential. I work long hours but looking for somewhere quiet, down to earth and relaxed. Love the beach and harbour, so its proximity may be handy also but not essential. The only catch is I need undercover parking for a car.
I'm a young at heart mature guy, starting my next chapter in life. I run my own business, working during the week in the city. Trying to chill on weekends. I have kids who do not live with me. I can cook, clean, and handy around the house.
I am a 24 year old male, who has been in Australia for the past 18 months. I have been in Sydney since June 2016. I am looking to move closer to the beach, ideally away from my current location near the CBD. I plan to stay for 3 months, until the end of February. I work full-time, evening and weekends (for the most part). I don't want to write too much about myself, for the fear of sounding cliché. I would love to find flatmates that have the potential to become great friends, but I'm also happy to spend time alone. I'm tidy and respectful. And we're now feeling cliché. So I'll stop :P But if you have a nice, (ideally private) room near the beach, please contact me with further details :) I'm also open to any questions you may have. Your future flat-mate, Sean.
Hello! My name is Alana and I'm 24. I'm looking for a new home, as the one I'm living in currently is becoming unaffordable. Looking for a fun and relaxed house to call home. Let me know if you have any questions!
Hi, my name's Bree, I'm a 20 y/o born and bred Sydney sider. I work full time in insurance as an executive assistant Monday - Friday, and I'm looking at finding a room in the eastern suburbs, city or out Balmain/Rozelle way that's close to public transport to the CBD. I love (trying) to keep active during the week, but can never say no to a cheeky vino and a Netflix marathon when needed. I’m pretty laid back – not much bothers me except total insane mess or a filthy bathroom. Spend most of my weekends at the beach, or any day after work that’s warm and sunny for that matter, but also enjoy what’s left of Sydney’s nightlife, boutique bars or just a boozy Sunday brunch. General friendliness and banter preferred - not looking at living with a total stranger, but do respect down time and privacy! Really keen to find some likeminded girls to start a new place with as well. I’ve got most furniture for communal areas except for a couch, and come with a lot of scented candles and unnecessarily fluffy blankets for decoration as well (nick nacks are a weakness of mine…) I also come with a little ginger pussycat named India - she is very friendly and quiet, but tends to keep to herself during the day (in other words sleeps like she has the hardest job in the world...) and likes to have an explore and a cuddle at night. She is very low maintenance, but obviously people who don’t mind cats are preferred. Looking forward to hearing from you! :)

Fully furnished with the following apartment features: -Large bedroom with spacious wardrobe - Air conditioning and fans - Secure building with intercom - Laundry room and plenty of storage - 7 minute bus ride or drive to Bondi - 10 minute Ferry to Circular Quay from Rose Bay Wharf - 10 minute drive to Bondi Junction Westfields FINE PRINT - No Parties and Drugs - No smoking - No pets - Front door locked at all times - Keep the common areas clean Must pay 2 weeks rent in advance and a small bond will be required Please text any questions and I will respond or call you back. My weekends usually consist of beach, friends and enjoying the occasional night out on the town. I'm a really easy going housemate who loves to socialise. Easy access to gym open 24hr/day, cafes and restaurants, easy recreation to the training tools of the door step park. Coastal walk to whatson bay beach, Coles. Hey, I'm 28 and work for a large construction company as a business development manager. Originally from the UK I have lived and worked in London, New Zealand and now Australia where I am permanently. I love my sport and train most evenings after work. The beach is where I spend most of my time in the summer. Ideally I need somewhere I can park for free or that has a parking bay/space. I'm really easy going, tidy and take care of where I live. Cheers Luke
My name is Monica. I'm 35 and my flatmate positives are; I'm easy to get along with and I'm used to sharing space (I have 4 sisters), so its a skill I developed from an daly age. I'm a clean and tidy person and I love to cook. There are a few things I try to bring into my life as much as possible and thats food, the outdoors and art and design. I work full time and I have a social life but I'm not a party animal so I can't see why my lifestyle would particularly clash with anyone. I'm not really an extremist in any way...I like to keep healthy but also love to eat quantities of cheese and a few glasses of wine on the weekend. It's all about balance right!
I am originally a Colombian guy, who lives in Sydney since almost a year. Personally I am a clean and tidy person, very sociable but also understands and respects the privacy of others. Living in a flatshare to me means: a friendly, honest and fun atmosphere between all tenants - with a good communication among each other. Furthermore some shared dinners or movies, an easy going contact with each other. I am a part-time worker and student, focusing on Marketing and Management but deepening my knowledge in alternative therapy and all that has to do with a healthy and balanced life style. I would love to find likeminded people to share a house or flat with each other, or moving into an existing shared apartment.
Easy-going, enjoy being social but also enjoy my own space. Love to cook, keep things clean and keep active: yoga, trail runs, ocean, cycles etc. I am a teacher, so silence is golden, especially during the week. I am still new to Sydney, having only relocated here for work a few weeks ago. Originally from South Africa but have lived in a few countries in the last 8 years. Looking for a flat share or one or two people to team up with from about mid-to-end of December.
Laid back, busy, creative, open minded fella
My names Rob age 24, I just moved to Sydney from London indefinitely. My missus (Joanna age 23) is joining me in January so were looking for a double room with friendly people or another couple. We've been together for 3.5 years. We know that couples can often be a pain to live with but we're pretty adamant on not airing our dirty laundry... EVER. I'm a Chef by day working part time in Bondi for a friend until I get a full time job. Joanna is an Occupational Therapist by profession, seeking work in Charity and Care. (although we aren't in full employment, we are financially stable) We are healthy-ish, clean and respectful people. We love music, food, the ocean and good vibes all round. If you're a collector of fine music I'm sure we'll get along. We ideally want to be paying no more than $300 a week for our room. Move in date anytime soon as I'm currently on my brothers couch. Though I can wait a few weeks to save a bit more dollar or wait for a good flatmate. I'm going to Brisbane for 5 days or so over xmas, so I can even wait that long if need be. Bless people, gimme a shout.
Respectful Australian guy looking for a room in an established home or to collaborate with people who want to make a new place. My work focuses on understanding how distinctive environments and organizational cultures impact creativity and innovation for community wellbeing. Not interested in a partyhouse. Rather, I appreciate a friendly and relaxed vibe - ideally making a sanctuary, balancing private and shared space. That said, my interests range from a love of exploring nature to storytelling, conversation and an occasional social drink or cooking a meal for friends. Simon
I just moved from San Francisco to Sydney and am looking for a great spot to call home. I love anything involving the outdoors, love working out, and always enjoy a good glass of wine. I work in tech and was recently initiated into my 30's. I am pretty low-key during the week, but don't mind heading out and about on the weekends. I am easy going and a tidy flatmate.
I am a 29 year old Male, a working professional who recently relocated to Sydney. I would be working out of Woolloomooloo; Mon-Fri - 8am to 6pm. I am easy going and friendly. Like to keep the house clean and tidy. Can cook my own meals or share some too. I wouldnt mind a candid chat over meals or a beer on weekend but would like some quiet time to myself too. Thanks! ~J

I'm Hannah and I am looking for a room in a property with my boyfriend Tom. We are both 26 years of age, from the UK and we both recently quit our jobs in Marketing to come travelling and live the dream. We left the UK in August and have so far been to Indonesia, Australia, Fiji and New Zealand. We fell a little bit in love with Sydney, so we got our working holiday visa and plan to work for a while before heading off travelling again. We are both clean, easy going and respectful of others personal space would love to live with like-minded individuals.
I'm quiet, relaxed, friendly, and independent. House-trained, I've been living in shared households for many years and am very reliable. I live a health orientated life, and am a non-smoker who drinks only occasionally, usually a glass of wine with dinner. I enjoy good, wide ranging, conversations. As well as my work as a legal consultant and freelance lawyer I make art. After studying law, I trained as an artist at the National Art School. At the moment I am focusing on making large landscape drawings. I get around on a pushbike, do the odd bit of rockclimbing, meditate, and am doing some creative writing. I love living in households where there are no TV's. As a person to live with you will find me independent yet happy to share a meal and conversation. I am very respectful of other people's space.
Hi my name is Kelly I moved to Sydney just over a month ago for a new full time role in the CBD. I have been working for a month now and currently looking to move across into the Bondi area. I'm down to earth, friendly and absolutely love my sport, watching everything I can on TV and live. Looking forward to meeting new people and enjoying the summer weekends down by the beach.
I've recently moved over from Perth and work in HR. I'm friendly and social and enjoy keeping active. I'm clean and tidy but not over the top about it either :) Looking share with someone like minded who enjoys a laugh and doesn't mind sharing a glass of wine, or 3!
