My name is Jorge, i am student from Spain and i just moved here to study and work. I have been living with other people the last 3 year in Madrid so sharing flat is not new for me. I am a polite and friendly boy that loves talking with other people. I love sports and meet new people. Thank you very much!! Jorge.
Hi there, I'm looking for a room in eastern suburbs (Double Bay to Vaucluse to Coogee) to move in on the 10th of February. I have excellent references and rental records. I'm respectful, extremely tidy and a very positive person. I'm a very busy person and treat my home as a temple where I meditate, sleep well and rest, so I'd like to find a very peaceful and quiet place. If you feel that I sound like a perfect crew member please drop me a line. My own bathroom and a parking spot will make me say yes to your offer. Lots of love <3
Returning to Sydney after a year of living off the land out in country NSW... maybe not that extreme, but coming back to the city and starting the search for roof over my head :) I'm pretty relaxed and easy to get along with, can be fairly quiet and focused on either work or study, but if I'm in a bit of an energetic mood it's either out scuba diving or catching up with friends (so not making any big ruckus at home) Can be a decent cook when the mood strikes, enjoy a quiet catch-up amongst friends and have been known to binge on Netflix from time to time. I'm not really locked into looking for anything too specific - I'm pretty open to options, though I do have some ideals/preferences in what I'm looking for: * A self-contained studio/apartment/granny flat - I do enjoy my own space, but maybe wishful thinking * Close to public transport - as long as there is an easy route to get to Central, I don't mind a longer train trip * Close to the water - I tend to dive a lot around Cronulla and Botany, so this is a bit of a nice-to-have * Own bathroom - would definitely be a perk There are only 2 points that a critical for me: * Private room * The ability for friends to visit and hang out - I'm not a party-person, but I have noticed some listings that indicate visitors are not welcome at all - I'd like to be part of a home, not a ward. All that said, I'm pretty open to all possibilities :) I'm interested in a long-term home more than a short-term stay, but I'm open to options.
large room for rent in the eastern suburbs located at parsley bay for $350pw includes bills. Located very close to the water in a stunning location with excellent public transport and lots of parking. Available now. Please text / call Shane if interested to have a look
My name's Shei, I'm moving to Sydney (from Melbourne) on the 5th of Feb. I'm transferring over from Deakin to study Sport and Exercise Science at Usyd. I'm an online shopaholic, little bit of a health nerd and a lover of a good adventure. I'm looking for the kind of flat that's filled with fun, quirky people who love a good chat and want to get to know the people they're living with. A family away from home. I love a good night out but I also really value my downtime, whether that be curled up with a glass of red by tv or smashing out some work in my room. If you think we sound like flatmate OTPs, hit me up :) I'm in Sydney every few weeks, so maybe we can meet up and get to know each other a bit? See if it could work? Shei xx
Hey guys, I am Katie,23 and working in the Aviation sector however I'm taking a break as I'm transitioning back to crew however so basically using all my personal leave. I love to have a chat and a good glass of wine but giving space and privacy. I have my rescue cat, Minty. I adopted her from the RSPCA and she is the most friendliest and affectionate cat. She is litter trained and does not ruin furniture, also kid friendly and loves other animals. I do not smoke or do drugs nor party. I'm clean and tidy- always willing to help out around the house. Hi, Katie here! I'm a 26 year old young professional working in sales. I relocated to Melbourne a year ago for work & now heading back home to Sydney mid January so I am looking for a new house to call home :) On weekends you will find me at the beach (excited for no more freezing Melbs weather), out with friends for brunch & walks etc. Love the outdoors so will take advantage of my days off as much as possible. I love food & wine so enjoy coming home through the week to the odd glass of wine and roomie chats over dinner, however I am not looking for a party house. I'm a reliable, clean and considerate roommate - Much more to tell, so looking forward to meeting you!
Located in a highly desirable location near the cliffs of Diamond Bay, our newly renovated apartment offers great privacy with no common walls. It has modern furnishings and appliances, an open plan stone kitchen, living space with a wrap around balcony and an outdoor lounge and BBQ. Positioned on the doorstep of Diamond Bay reserve with coastal walks, it is also within an easy walk of local shops and cafes, parks, and city bus/ferry transport. it's just a short drive to Bondi Beach, the harbour and Bondi Junction. The room is generously sized and can easily accommodate a king bed. It has a built-in triple mirrored wardrobe with ample hanging space, shelves and drawers.
Hi :) I am a 33 year old Australian female who is respectful of others and their property. I am a professional who works Monday to Friday. I love working. I work as a UX Designer and teach filmmaking at an independent college. I am reliable when it comes to paying rent on time. I am happy to live with females or males. I am flexible with moving dates. I like to live in a clean environment, hence I clean. I like to cook. I like to be able to relax after a busy day at work. I get along with everyone. I am independent, however, sometimes I enjoy the ocasonal glass of wine/beer/coffee/tea with a flatmate, or watch a film with, or go to the beach with a flatmate. I love to stay fit and live a healthy lifestyle. I cycle, swim and run. I like culture, the arts and music. On occasion I'd like to be able to have a friend over for dinner, or enjoy a BBQ on the weekend. But I'm not one to bring 'the big party home'. If you think I am someone that you would like to live with please contact me so that we can meet. I am available to view rooms Sat and Sun. Also throughout the week in the evenings on Mon, Tue, Fri from 6pm. Shannan
Just arrived from Europe. Lived in London 18 years. Taking a sabbatical in Sydney. Currently working in TV as a producer/journalist. Formerly worked for American TV News Network. Am considerate, kind, well mannered, tidy, clean - and like to keep the flat clean - either taking turns/split the chores and or getting a cleaner. Was considering taking out my own lease but figured it would be a good way of getting to know Sydney by living with people and having flexibility of a 6 month stay... Ideally I had ideas that Sydney would be like Los Angeles - lots of apartments with communal swimming pools and gyms but now realise the homes have a more British heritage to them...! :-)
I'm 28 year old student who is coming back to Australia from Poland after one year. In Poland I work for LOT Polish Airlines as a flight attendant which became my passion. I also love dancing which I enjoy doing during my time off. Flying, helping people, and dancing is something I could do all the time. I find myself very affable that's why I thought I'll give Australia a go again and chase my dreams somewhere else than Poland. In Australia I used to work with EXCEL Building Management- a leading building and facilities management company in Sydney. Excel provides first-class Concierge services. From February I'm gonna work with them again as Concierge. I am respectful of others privacy and possessions and expect the same in return. I am clean and tidy and quiet. I would like to live with other friendly people that I could get along with and hopefully occasionally socialise with.
This is a brand new luxury family home with a spare room on lower ground level available to rent - fully furnished with own bathroom and private access. Tenant's own kitchen is also available on this level complete with fridge, freezer, Miele electric cooktop, microwave & kitchen storage with table & chairs for 4 people. Quiet street, close to public transport (bus stop at top of street & Watsons Bay ferry 10 minute walk.) Room also has TV & DVD player and fitted wardrobe - all brand new luxury fittings. There is a private garden to this room which is still under construction. Landscaping to the front of the property is also still under construction - all interiors are complete and ready.
Looking to move any time around mid Feb 2017. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with former housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually to Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Based in Vaucluse only 5 minutes to public transport and cafes. The house is nice, bright and clean. The room is spacious with ocean views and a super comfy bed. I'm looking for a quiet and tidy person to look after my beautiful room while I'm away. The basic rule is to keep the place clean and respect our neighbours. Couples are welcome but the rent price will be renegotiated

Hey, I'm a 30 yo female who recently relocated to Sydney after living and working in London for 8 years and Malta for 1. I lead a pretty chilled life, enjoy a chat but also like my own space. I work as a Director for a creative agency in Rushcutters Bay which keeps me busy during the week and I like to spend my down time reading, swimming, painting, going on walks etc. I love to travel and will be in Europe for a min of 4 weeks, twice a year to see family and friends. My home is my sanctuary, I love cooking and It's important for me to have a clean and calm environment at home. Looking to find a place with a nice, easy going flatmate.

I'm pretty quiet during the week due to early morning starts, but I'm always happy for a chat over a beer or two. Usually out socialising on the weekends or on the beach. Let me know if I sound like a good fit!

Fulltime corporate lady. I'm Type-A and I'll probably colour coordinate everything... but I promise to make up for it by bringing home wine and cheese! In sharing a room -- would prefer to room with a female / someone of a similar age if possible.
The apartment sits on the top floor in a well maintained building. The apartment is east facing and is filled with light. The lounge, kitchen, bathroom and both bedrooms have complete panoramic ocean views. New modern bathroom and kitchen, and of course Internet. The building has an elevator and a common barbecue area for residents. Plenty of street parking is available. Why the area? If you like coastal walks and private beaches (there are 3 private beaches near the apartment) then this is your place. There are two bus stops right outside the apartment which can either take you to Bondi Junction, Double Bay, Edgecliff or the City. 10 mins away from Bondi Beach. 5 mins away from Watson Bay. There are shops nearby (Coles is a 5 min walk away).
I've been living in shared accommodation for over eight years now, so I think I have this whole 'share house' thing down pat. I'm also one of eight children, so having grown up in a large family, I'm used to sharing space with others. As a housemate, I'm pretty easy going, I definitely prefer to keep a clean house and am very tidy. I'm courteous of others and I'm always willing to pitch in and help out where needed. I'm a fairly social housemate as well - i.e. I like to get to know the people I live with, rather than being strangers who have the same address. At the same time, I respect other's privacy and need for 'alone time,' and I would expect the same. I'm currently based in Canberra and am relocating to the big smoke in January for work. I've also applied for my Masters, but I won't know about that until early next year. Given that I will be new to the city, I'll be looking for a nice group of people to share with as I try to find my way around the city and make new friends! Please note: I have all my own bedroom furniture, so only looking for properties that have unfurnished rooms available. If you think I'd be a good fit for your house, let me know.
