I am looking for a place to stay. I am looking for a short term. I am a student with a confirmation of enrolment and I study an online course. And I prefer my own space and quiet time to live. I work full time. I am a safety person and I will never be disruptive or messy. And I pay rent properly. 2 months or more to stay.

HELLO MY NAME IS AVA, and let's talk about your rental place. I want to move in. How do i see someome at the place in person? I am ready now. I got rental ledgers from my last places. I have confirmation of enrolement at university. I have two other qualifications. I am a law abiding citizens. I work from home some days and i go out most days of the week as well.
No drugs, smokes, vapes, or any bringing visitors.
I use sugarcane pulp plates and wood cutlery and all gets thrown away because they are one use only. I dine out and I go to coffee places or I order food that is already cooked. I don’t ever use the kitchen to cook big huge meals that make a mess. I wipe benches everywhere I eat and wipe the fridge too.
I NEED A HOUSE THAT IS ONLY 200 or 300 metres away from where I can get a bus and the same as railway stations. A house living near the bus ways would be good but if it is just a bus stop on the side of the road is still ok for me.
I can arrange my own food. If someone wants to order food with me i am happy to do this.
I can bring my own furniture as i buy it brand new when i come to stay.
I use the laundry mat out at the shops or i can buy my own laundry appliances and when i do my own laundry you can disconnect the washing machine appliance and i will connect mine and disconnect my own when i am finished. This is an easy task to do and then we have our own laundry appliances and for good hygiene and to care for our own clothes and body cleanliness. I don’t have any pets, and I don’t mind if the house already has any pets stay there. I don’t mind smokers but outside smoking only because I don’t smoke.
Interests for fun is computers, internet searching and browsing. Getting out of the house on the bus to the shops, cafe, restaurants, take away diners, getting out to do a lot of shopping and retail precincts and retail sales. I don’t talk loud at home and I quiet. I won’t ignore you if I see you when I am not in my bedroom but I like my own time and it is entirely your choice to stay and chat. If I rent the bedroom it is my unit and the rest of the house is just common areas so I stay around inside my own unit. I don’t like to trouble any one kind of like if you don’t talk to and see your neighbours for a while. I try to be quiet when everyone is asleep and even not asleep day time or night time you will not feel like I have been loud enough to be annoying or disrupt your price and quiet.
