$450/week•24 year old woman
I have a bachelors degree in Behavioural Science from QUT, I’ve been working as a full time support worker for the past year. I’m ready to move out of the family home and closer to my clients. My ideal housemate is a fellow bird/nature lover, as I come with three little parrots! Unable to be housed with cats, but small dogs are ok. My birds include; a special needs Eclectus parrot, and a pair of Indian ringnecks. They’re free flighted, very tame, and will 100% want to land on you for snuggles and kisses. If that’s no ok I can work around your schedule to figure out when they can have outside cage time. Unless you try to grab them, they will not bite you. I think I’d also bite if someone tried to grab me. 👀 I’m happy to pay a higher amount in rent than you for two rooms; one for me, one for them. I work full time as a support worker through the NDIS. My moral compass is the primary driving force within my life, my political ideologies are entirely leftist. Im quite extroverted, I really enjoy meeting new people so I’m happy for you to have guests over— however; I love my peace a quiet. I often walk around with noise canceling headphones, I’m not the type to play TV’s, radios etc in the background. Outside of their hour of good morning singing, my birds are surprisingly quiet too. They will cry if frightened though. Love all things science, but also adore anything crafty. I taught sip and paint classes at night during my time at uni. 🎨 please no smoking in shared areas, unfortunately I’m an asthmatic 🙏
