Hi! I'm David, 28 years old. I'm all about living well and happily. I'm big into personal development and always working towards living better each day. I think the best way to get to know me is for me to tell you about my typical day. First thing I do every morning is meditate and do yoga to awaken the senses and orient my day positively. After a healthy breakfast is a walk in nature to both relax and energize the mind and body. On returning I'll begin the main focus for the day, my music study in piano and composition. Ideally I study 9-5, with a break for lunch and for a brief yoga / meditation interlude. My aim being to gain entrance to the Sydney Con next year to study composition there. After 5 is social time, exercise, maybe a bit of gardening, cooking and dining, maybe play some music / jam and sing, painting, board games or what not. Very occasionally I enjoy watching a good movie. Very much so enjoy listening to classical or film soundtrack music. I usually retire early around 8:30pm, early to bed and early to rise etc... One of my favourite simple pleasures is maintaining a nice lawn and garden. I enjoy cooking, I especially like to make chocolate and various chocolate desserts. As my music study is yet to provide income, I earn my living as PPT ward clerk and orderly at the SAN Hospital in Wahroonga (have worked there for 7+ years). I was studying nursing for 1.5 years before deciding to focus on my music. I also have one piano student who I travel to to teach, and will have more in the future, and am about to begin doing home community care as well. Love pets but don't have any myself. If you feel we would have harmony in living together and could create a great environment, I look forward to hearing from you! "When you arise in the morning, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive - to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love. " - Marcus Aurelius
I am a friendly, professional sales manager who works in western Sydney and am looking for a quiet and clean share house or unit with carspace. Non smoking essential and quiet mornings preferred. Unfurnished room required. Also I do required off street parking with easy access. This is non negotiable. I am an occasional wine drinker, unfussy eater but I clean up after myself and respect privacy. I enjoy music through headphones and movies at the cinema. I socialise outside the house. Wanting to move in around the 8th of June, and hoping to find a place by the end of May. AND FINALLY- Please note that I only want to live in the specific suburbs listed and no where else.
Addison and I are big PC gamers, so Ideally we're looking for a space to set up our two PCs. We're pretty quiet and keep to ourselves but are always happy to meet new people and make friends. I work full time 8 - 6 in marketing and Addison is a electrician and he usually works 6 - 2/3pm. We will socially have a drink otherwise we're not really drinkers nor do we smoke. We like to play board games (DND) and to go to the gym. We're also very neat and clean and like to cook/prep meals when possible. We're looking for a 6 month stay - covering us over the Christmas break until Jan/Feb while we search for a place to buy.
Hi my name is Simon. I am 31 and have lived on my own for the past 7 years, well lived in the same place with a couple ex's, but out from the family roof is what I mean lol. I am a very neat person, cook and clean. Work full-time in property, also spend a lot of time in the gym. Have a small domestic cat named Timmy who I have had since he was 6wks old, he is 13 now and very house broken lol as he loves people and being around them (opposite to most cats that are moody haha). Anyways, don't mind living with men or women, I mix well with others and also enjoy my alone time. A must for me though is having my own bathroom, just for convenience is all. I have plenty of furniture if need be, including; my own bed/side tables, a large stainless fridge, full Jamie Oliver cook set, couch, couple of tv's etc. So can bring whatever needed. I'm a chilled person overall, like to have a chat over a glass of wine, but also respect a persons space. Look forward to getting to know you :)

I'm 24 and work full time in Artarmon. I am a responsible, friendly person who would respect your space. I'm from Newcastle and would probably spend most weekends back home. I am very down to earth. I love NRL, the occasional board games night and think no one is too old for Disney! Nice to meet you :)
We are both extremely respectful, neat and tidy roommates. Friendly, enjoy a good chat and love getting to know new people! We won't be intrusive of your space or be neglectful in our share of flatmate-ly responsibilities. Looking for roommates with reciprocal attributes.
Hey there, my name is Damon, a professional designer who's recently moved to Sydney for work after graduating uni. I'm a bit of an all-rounder sort of guy. I enjoy hitting the gym after work, going out and trying new things, but also like chilling back with friends and watching a movie or playing games. I love to meet new people, and if they want to tag along and enjoy the things I do, then that's great too! Also, I really do like to cooking, and keep things fairly tidy around the place, just as a side note. I'm looking to either move in with a bunch of like-minded peeps, or if there's any others from Newcastle that are trying to find a place in Sydney, to possibly meeting up and finding an 2 bedroom apartment in the North side of Sydney to rent together. If this sounds like something that might interest you, hit me up anytime! Emails are great, but you can reach me via mobile as well (text in work hours would be great if possible!)

This unit is close to Wahroonga Station and the village, 10 minutes walk direct part along the highway, 15 minutes leisure walk through tree lined streets. It is a compact end unit away from the highway close to large trees on the neighbouring properties. There is distant traffic noise at the other end of the block of 12 units. No visitor parking has been allocated and no parking is allowed in the driveway by strata management. Parking is usually available in the two nearby side streets. Pets are not allowed.

I'm staying with my brother for the moment so my move date is flexible. I'm an academic and I teach academic skills to incoming international postgraduate students. Long-time share houser: at least a decade in share housing, have lived with 40-50 people. Clean, tidy, chilled. Friendly, but probably not as social as some people on here. I'm looking for a place that's quiet, and I have an allergy to dust and mould, so I'm looking for somewhere modern and without carpet or smoke.
