Hi I am Sayo. I am a friendly, social and easy going person. I work full time in North Ryde. My interests are music, exercise, art, theatre etc. I also value my own time and respect the space of others. My home is usually quiet, but I have friends come over for meals on some weekends. You are welcome to bring your friends too. The unit has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. It's pretty new, 2 and half a years old on the 3rd floor of security building overlooking a park from a huge balcony to which both bedrooms and living room have access. The unit is spacious, very clean and bright facing the east. It is furnished with necessary items. The area is very convenient, 5 mins walk to Waitara Station and Hornsby shopping Centre. 8 mins walk to Hornsby Station. From Hornsby Station to Macquarie University it takes 19 mins by train. 40 mins to Wynyard. Your bedroom is unfurnished. It is a good queen bed sized room with a large double door built in wardrobe. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub, but because it is the main bathroom, visitors may use it. Hope it is ok with you. If you have a car there are plenty of street car park although you may be able to park in the visitor car spot under the unit complex from time to time.

Hi my name is Olivia, I am a 20 year old nursing student. I work at the SAN hospital as an assistant nurse and am looking for somewhere close while i'm studying and working. I am desperate to move out of the nurses residence as I would love somewhere nice to come home to and an actual kitchen to cook in! Unfortunately I have to pay rent up until the 30th of June and cannot move out until then... I am a very tidy and organised person and am friendly, trustworthy, easy-going and very independent. Most of the time I will either be studying in my room, or out-and-about working, or with friends.
I'm laid back, friendly and up for a laugh. I'm currently studying at university working part-time in Hornsby. My partner is also laid back and social. He currently works at a cafe cooking and making coffee.

I am friendly by nature and wouldn't mind sharing experiences and dinners with flatmates. I respect people around me and expect the same in return. Kindly feel free to drop me a message if you have a room to let or looking to share a new apartment with someone. Thank you!
I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
Hi, I am looking for a team up to get either a 2 bedroom for $500-$550 or a 3 bedroom for $600-$700. I currently live on the northern beaches, but am looking to be closer to a train line for my work in the city. I am not home very often due to work and usually leave the house around 7 and get home at 8. However, when I am home I am usually pretty relaxed, however like the house to be clean and tidy. Happy to spend a night at the movies or watch a season on netflix with you. I have a boyfriend who will come around and help cook (and help pay for utilities if needed). I also have heaps of furniture from my past apartment and would be happy to help out where needed. I would love you to get in contact with me if you think we would be a good match. Kind regards, Georgia Rose Andersen
