A huge, executive-style master bedroom with a balcony is available. The walk-in cupboard is massive. The unfurnished room has a ceiling fan and a well-cared for private bathroom. Two glass doors lead to the balcony, which overlooks the driveway and street. There is also quite a bit of storage available for you in the garage. The lounge and kitchen are shared spaces. They are furnished, but I only have the basics, so am happy for you to add a bit (eg, the toaster belonged to my housemate! He's just bought his own house). There is a western-facing balcony with a distant view of the city. It is a good spot for breakfast or a cuppa in the afternoons and evenings. Other than a lonely birdbath, the backyard is rather empty. But the grass is green and it is flat and easy to maintain. Both front and rear lawns are nice and flat - not difficult to mow. I am looking for a housemate that will pitch in with outdoor maintenance (lawn and weeds). The whole place has been well cared-for in inside and out, keeping things hassle-free for the landowners and I would ask that this continue. Within walking distance to public transport (buses and train). Shops and supermarkets are all quite close by.
