Relaxed and generally quiet but don't mind the odd beer and bbq. Work full time as an Architect in CBD. Love the outdoors in my spare time; either playing golf, hiking or going out for camping trips around SA on the weekends.
Hi friends! My name is Meg and I'm 23 and a theatre professional- I'm looking for accommodation during Fringe. My dates are the 4th of February to the 22nd of March and I'm keen to come back to Adelaide again this year. I work long hours during the fringe but I am very social and love to have fun- I'll respect your space as much or as little as you want. I'm originally from Brisbane but I currently am based in Sydney while I travel the world for my job as a stage manager. I'm truly flexible about everything regarding the room, I've stayed in all types of places and lived out of a suitcase for a long time, so I'm clean, know what it takes to be a good housemate, will care about the vibe of the house and will always pitch in with chores. You might go for days without seeing me if we're on different schedules but I'll make sure to do the dishes for when you come back ;) Hit me up if you've got something for me- I come with all the free fringe shows you could ever want!
Beautiful two story home. Very secure, close to everything. Air con, gas stove, electric gate. Share with myself (45 yr old male) and my dog. I have been a "big brother" to 5 international students now and am still in contact with all if you'd like references.
I’m easy going and friendly, looking to move out of home. I’m currently studying medical radiation at UniSA city east and working part time.
I currently live in the city in a beautiful apartment, is only 2 bedrooms currently paying $390 pw, i am ideally looking for 3-4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms on the outskirts of the city or in CBD. I am a positive happy person pretty easy going, clean and tidy...... like to be active and healthy, i am a beauty therapist.... Have all my own furniture, lounge fridge TV etc, i just find it too expensive to live on my own! My son is 3 yo so obviously i am looking for someone semi responsible happy to socialise (or not)im not fussed!:) What else can i tell you .....im a pretty person busy working / studying / have a partner... lets chat!
Hi! I’ve recently moved back to adelaide after living in darwin for 3 and a half years. I enjoy travel, good food and wine, and staying active. I’ve lived with housemates before, am social And understand the need for privacy. I work full time and am studying, so find myself quite busy. Ideally I would prefer to move into somewhere longer term.
Hi I'm Holly, I'm 18 and am currently a full time Uni student, and am planning to be working full time over the uni holidays then just part time after February. I'm really tidy and love cooking, I spent a lot of time studying but also enjoy socialising with friends. I'm looking for somewhere to live as I have lived in student accommodation this year but want more independence and want to live in a house. Will probably be wanting to live within a 20min or so drive to the city because that's where I have uni, but I'm honestly pretty flexible :) Only looking to live with females, preferably around my age so we can also become friends!
Hi, I'm Pasquale, an Adelaide native who's looking for a place to share with another who is respectful, sociable and easy going. I'm a clean, quiet, reliable and easy going person who respects one's privacy and space, but doesn't mind a chat too. I enjoy my netflix, playstation and a sleep in when not much is planned for the next day. I work part time in retail and study part time too. I'm looking to move into a place around the close north or eastern suburbs preferably. If you have any queries or want to have a chat, please send us a message.
Friendly, easy going, loves the smell of fabric softener. Recently moved from Sydney to Adelaide for work. I tend to work between 50-60 hours a week so I generally won't be seen during the day - but when I am available, I'm very sociable and enjoy going out for good food and coffee.
Hi, I'm Juno, I am a quiet, clean, respectful and easy to get along with person, studying a bachelor of science. I play volleyball and love to be outdoors. I am looking for a clean place with one or two other house mates (or maybe a larger student house with multiple housemates with a decent kitchen and 2+ bathrooms) that is close to Adelaide for work and uni and am keen to move in with like minded people! I would prefer an unfurnished room and a place with good laundry, bathroom and kitchen facilities :D Cheers
Just an easy-going, animal-loving, environmentally conscious vego gal who loves to keep a beautifully clean and quiet home. I study social sciences full-time and work in hospo part-time. I am passionate about politics and social justice and value respect, compassion and self-reflection. In my spare time I enjoy tennis, playing around with paint, catching up with friends and being out in nature. I am a bit of an introvert and like doing my own thing but also equally enjoying chatting over drinks or houso dins. If none of the above is enticing, I also tend to blurt out a pun a minute :)))
My partner, Quentin (26), and I (25) are moving back to Adelaide on the 29th of October and are looking for a place to stay for 3 to 4 months. I am an Interior Architect and Quentin is between jobs at the moment however, looking to get into business and marketing once we arrive back to Adelaide. We have been travelling for the last 2 and a half years and moved to Brisbane in June. I got a job offer in Adelaide, hence the move. We consider ourselves quiet, independent and tidy. We love to share a drink and enjoy hiking, travelling and photography. Please contact if interested.
I am moving in from Darwin and would like to get a place closer to the main facilities of a city. Generally a quite person and I do read a lot and happy to have a decent conversation if anyone needs it. I am a CPA and like to go for a walk or even catch up with friends on a weekend.
Don't miss out on this fantastic student accommodation offered in this near city location. There are several bus routes to the city available and only a very short distance from the house. It is very simple, quick and easy to commute into the city and lots of students buy a bike to get around. You can join onto the Linear Park river track to commute into the city or follow it further to reach one of our beautiful beaches. With only 3 bedrooms, you can enjoy a less hectic household but still get to know other students from other locations. Or maybe there is a group of you who would love to share the house and rent a room each. This is a 2 storey home with living areas on the lower level and bedrooms and bathroom with separate WC on the upper level. Relax in the living room and watch TV or catch up on some study. The kitchen and dining area offers plenty of space for cooking & enjoying your own or shared meals. This leads out to the lovely rear garden where you can enjoy our beautiful weather days with a coffee or BBQ together. There is a dishwasher for your extra convenience. There will be 2 single rooms and 1 master room available. The master room would suit a couple and has a king size bed. The room rate for this room is $220 for a couple or $200 for single occupancy. Please speak to me regarding more details on room rates. Laundry with washing machine Split system heating and cooling in living area Split system heating and cooling in main bedroom Ceiling fans in all bedrooms for comfortable nights Gardening included Unlimited wifi included Common area cleaning included An allowance for utilities is included Shops, take away, supermarkets near by Modern and comfortable for your stay in Adelaide. Please contact me regarding online applications or to view the property. RLA - 274353 We really look after our students and ensure you have a safe and comfortable home away from home.
I'm charismatic, encouraging and great at problem solving. I am a musician, and a youtube vlogger, but I'm also sensitive of noise levels and won't interrupt your sleep or quiet time. I am also great at cooking. I don't drink, and I'm not a party person myself. I have no problem with you doing these things though.
I am a PhD student at the University of Adelaide. I am tidy clean and neat person. I am at work most of the time. I really like to cook and kitchen is important for me. I love socialize with some wine or beer. I am not a party goer type guy.
Beautiful cottage in the heart of St Peters situated in a no-through road. Fully renovated (updated kitchen/bathroom) + fully furnished + wifi. 1 room left with double bed, study desk and wardrobe. Separate toilet, split system air-conditioning/ heating. Copious amounts of off street parking with double carport. Big backyard. Two very large bedrooms available in a furnished house! Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished on request. Collinswood is a fantastic location. Close to the city and there are many bus stops within a few minutes walk. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The house has had recent renovations and has some great areas to relax and socialize. The bedrooms are large and have high ceilings and all the rooms are spacious. The kitchen has lots of room as well. I like to keep the house very tidy.
Located across the road from linear park walking trails and the river torrens. Quick transit to the city. Spacious furnished home with large living area. Separate dining area, flexible floor space, large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. Alarm system. Nice outdoor area with lawn, fruit trees and a BBQ. There is only one neighbour who is very quiet. It is really peaceful here. The house has a nice feel. External shutters on windows, if you want a sleep in your room can be very dark! The backyard is private. There is a spare room set up for visitors. The below option available is a medium bedroom with built-ins. Easily fits queen bed, bedside tables. $180 per week. Window view of private backyard with external shutter and blind. Storage space available in garage. If you have furniture I am happy to talk about which pieces could be integrated and which could be stored in the shed. Open to storing some of mine if needed.
We are in need of a new housemate for our wonderful place. The house is huge and tidy, plenty of space to make it what you want. The room itself gets some wonderful afternoon sun and has a built-in wardrobe/mirror. Bathrooms are shared but there are 3 all up so never any dramas there. The driveway is huge and there is a bus stop 3 mins away (10min into town) and supermarket/cafes about 12mins walk away – so whatever your preferred form of transport we’ve got you covered! The backyard is also massive and gardening is encouraged (though none of us are any good). The bond is $700, and sadly we cannot have pets. The place is a super chill environment with plenty of common spaces – we love hanging out in the kitchen drinking coffees, watching movies or Netflix binging on the projector or the other TV downstairs, playing PlayStation, having a few drinks at the bar and sitting out the front watching the traffic go by. We are looking for someone who is open, inclusive and friendly. Up for a few summer adventures as we are all really looking forward to soaking up the sun in the coming months.
Easy going, low maintenance roommate wanted Due to my current roommate moving out, his room has become available. I am an easy going, low maintenance type of person and looking for the same. Roommate will have their own room, bed and furnishings to be provided by them, however all other furniture in the house will be available for use. Bus stop is located just outside the doorstep, shops 500m down the road, close to city, North Adelaide and beach. Rent per week will be $140 plus 1/2 of bills (water, electricity - internet if used).
I’m super clean, always clean up after myself and very respectful of other people’s space and belongings. Always happy to cook dinner and hang out but like to have my own space also. Im also looking for pet friendly as I have a 1 year old Pug named Honey who is totally house trained and sleeps most of the day.
I am a student who are looking for a place or a team up , i want my own separate room, my ideal flatmates would be students from ages 20's to early 30's. We are both creative people. Very respectful of others privacy. Occasionally we can be loud but most of the time we are studying. I am pretty chilled and like to socialise sometimes but also love to have my own space
Easy going guy looking for a place as lease is ending in Feb 2019 (might be a bit early to start looking I know, but I am a little occupied come December so would like to put this up out there early). Currently seeking employment as I just quit my first job of 2 years end of August due to family emergencies. Does private tutoring on and off depending on seasonal demands. I'm very neat and cleans up after myself - don't worry you'll be able to do your cooking after I've done mine. Like my own privacy but I'm also great to talk to - fav topics include but not limited to board games/video games, anime, sports, culture, etc. I play Ultimate Frisbee at least twice a week (you are welcome to join!) and exercise often. If I am not working or doing sports, I'll usually be chilling at home or hanging out with friends. I usually keep to myself but definitely keen to plan something together, especially if it involves boardgames. Please contact me if you want to know more about me!

Hi, I'm from Perth, looking for a place to stay in Adelaide for a few months for work. I will be in Adelaide during the weekends so I will be away most of the week. I'm clean, quiet, easy-going and looking forward to meeting you!
Hi :) I work at the royal adelaide as a post op nurse I have a Siberian kitten Luna who is lovely and not a naughty kitten at all. She's also hypoallergenic so no allergies! Im fun, easy going, and a non smoker :) Enjoy a night out or a night in, more likely to go out on the weekends and I'm pretty sociable but also love to have my own space sometimes too.
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
Moving back from the country to be close to Uni and family Studying/working spend my spare time going to gym and walk most mornings clean tidy quiet easy to get along with and non smoker
I'm a 24 year old arts adminstrator who would always keep the fridge stocked with beer. I work 9-5 at the Adelaide Film Festival, so I'm generally out of the house during the day. I enjoy chilling out with dinner or a drink in the evening and on weekends. I do a lot of writing outside of work, I like to cook (trying new recipes all the time, and I've not had any complaints on my cooking yet), and I try to get out on the weekends to do a bit of hiking or go to the beach (whichever is seasonally appropriate). I'm looking for a mellow kind of household, preferably close to the city, with great, accepting housemates :)
Hi! I'm a Singaporean currently studying in UniSA and I'm looking for a room somewhere in the east/north-east area. I have a boyfriend who would occassionally stay over (up to 3 days a week, more than willing to pay for extra utilities if required), so I hope i can find a housemate who is open-minded and easy to hang out with. I like to spend my free time just chilling in my room, watching netflix and korean dramas. I'm a neat and tidy person, and I'll always clean up after myself, and will be willing to share chores as well. I've been living in shared accommodation for the past 2 years, but im still looking for a perfect housemate to share a house with for the next few years. I would prefer female housemates who are in their 20s. oh, i wouldnt mind if u have pets too, esp dogs :-)
I am currently working full time as a labourer with a job that requires me to work away from Adelaide quite often. So I am looking for something easy and relaxed where I can come and go as I want with no hassles. Happy to cook meals together or seperately and will always clean up after myself. I love playing and watching a variety of sport and socialising with friends.
Originally from Orange, NSW, currently living in Adelaide, but looking to move house, I’ve lived out of home since I was 18 and been in multiple share houses, so I know all the do’s and don’t of share living! I love the outdoors, and by that I mean Bevvys on the Beach haha balanced living ;) but I do love the beach, camping and general adventuring. Hoping to find a place that has a good social dynamic with some beaut humans I can call friends. I love all things creative, and get way to carried away with dress ups/costumes, love a good themed party, so any outfits you need I can whip up! or just fix those pesky holes that you get in those old beloved clothes you just can't throw away. Looking forward to meeting some possible future flatties! Message me with any questions or queries always up for a chat xo
Having traveled to over 22 countries and lived in 4 of them, I'm pretty easy going and like to socialise. Respect people's private spaces and expect the same, like to keep things clean and organized. I'm a no frills vegetarian foodie who loves to play the guitar occasionally. Extrovert who loves to chat up, play cricket and BBQ's. Non-smoker but as long as people smoke outside I'm fine, very good with pets but dont have one.
