I respect those whom, and also wouldn't mind if I kept to myself sometimes as well. I'm working part time in Prospect , so looking to move in to a place not too far from the city either in the close north or eastern suburbs. If you have any queries, please don't hesitate to contact me!

I'm a 22yo final year law student at Adelaide. Jamie (24yo) is moving from Auckland, will be working full-time in property development. Both have rented before so we know how to be sociable but also respectable to others' personal space. We are clean, open-minded and love good coffee. Please let me know if you have anything close to the Adelaide Uni.
We are looking for a house or room that is modern and spacious with a decent sized kitchen. When we find the accomodation that will be perfect for us and we were hoping that we could take it for a 3 month lease with the option to renew for another 3-7 months based on Tiff's University. We are both down to earth and really simple to get a long with.. and fun! Tiff studies Law and I am a property developer and entrepreneur migrating from NZ. I'd like to say that we would take the place without looking at it, we are keen to nail something down and I know that anyone would enjoy living with us, we are clean, friendly, fun and respectful. Talk soon! Jamie & Tiff

Recently refurbished house, nearly a fully furnished house except the bedroom on offer. The furnishings in the picture are not what they are now. The room available very comfortably fits a double bed, possible a queen, and has built in robes. The house itself has a lot of natural light. There will be space for some other furnishings feel free to ask if you have a few bits of furniture, because they might fit! The house is about 3 metres from a bus stop, super convenient if you are heading to the city, and a food land supermarket about 100 metres away, so a perfect house if you don't have a car. If you do have a car, I am happy to negotiate the off street parking space. If a couple, price for the room is $220 Feel free to give me a buzz whenever if you have any questions!

Hi there! I'm fun loving, easy going and easy to get along with. I've lived in shared accommodation before and enjoyed spending time with others and independently. I'm a new professional working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. I do have a cat, however I have friends/family who can care for him in the event I am unable to have him with me. I'm an active person who is currently on a lifestyle change which includes weekly hikes - I always love company! I do have a whole house worth of furniture, so I am able to bring somethings with me if needed, if not I'll be putting my belongings into storage (unless there's storage on the property). I would love the opportunity to meet and have a chat about being your new house mate!

Mature, smart, tidy, considerate. 42 year old male, work full time in aged care. I was raised in The Riverland, I've lived in Adelaide since 2008 where I've worked as a carer, a support worker in Disability Arts and currently work full time in an aged care home. Hey, I'm Evan. I work full-time as an engineer, and am looking to move into a house with a backyard, as my goal is to get a dog (one day). Ideally, I'd like to live inner city. I currently train twice a week and have an almost unhealthy obsession with being active/healthy (also thanks to many Netflix food doco's). I have lived in a share house in the inner east for 11 years since moving to Adelaide from the country. Keen to either join an existing share house or find like-minded relaxed people here and find a house. If you want a chill housemate, who respects you and expects your respect in return, isn't obnoxious, has excellent house upkeep standards, and loves to hang/banter, then look here. P.s. My couches are off the charts comfy

Hey guys, we are an open minded, friendly and funny german couple at the age of 20 and 21. We're really relaxed and like to explore the city and meet friends. We also love to cook together, maybe for our new flatmates as well :) We're both working full time which means that we're looking for a nice place to enjoy our free time in the evenings and at the weekend and to have nice flatmates to celebrate it with. Cheers, Michelle & Sebastian
I'm considerate and generous, but in no way a door mat. I'm easy to get along with because I have many interests. I'm a huge nerd so expect comic books, video games (PC & Xbox One), and board games (think Catan). I will, on occassion, watch the A-League or EPL depending on how my teams are going. I have a hard drive with 1000+ movies so always up for a movie night. Don't mind a bit of a TV binge either (Netflix). Happy to share what's mine because I know you'll take care of it. I enjoy cooking, usually trying new things, and like to cook for others. A nice, big kitchen is preferable for that reason, some recipes can become quite elaborate! Recently gotten into growing my own herbs and vegetables so I would like a place where I can continue that. I'm as liberally minded as they come but not a part of the far-left. Don't expect political correctness. I have no problems at all with any nationality or sexuality, but all religions grind my gears. The areas I selected are purely based on NBN accessibility. This is a must for me. I'm not keen on house parties but enjoy social drinks. Always mindful of my flatmates. Just finished a BSc and applied for honours. Otherwise, I'm a freelance graphic designer picking up work whenever I can. I don't have a problem with smokers, as long as they keep it outside, weed also. No hard drugs though. I'm single. I don't care if you have a partner, but I expect all duties and expenses to be shared commensurately. I'm very easy to live with. I'm drama free and intend to stay that way.
Hi I'm Guilhem ! I'm 20 and I'm a French Student who will study at the University of South Australia in February for a semester :) I'm currently looking for an accommodation with 1 or many flatmates (students) so I could improve my English while I'm here and of course meeting people :) What can I tell you about myself ? I'm very enthusiastic, dynamic and cool ! I love having fun but I can be serious when I have to. I love sports overall and TV shows (The Walking Dead, Game Of Thrones, The Blacklist, How to Get Away with Murder, Quantico etc...)
Originally from Estonia, I spent my last year living and working in New Zealand and now making my way to Sydney. Why am I fun to live with? I'm mostly into creative stuff like music, film and design, but also yoga, snowboarding, jogging. I have a degree in urban planning, but I've also worked in different creative fields and organized events. As a flatmate I respect other people's privacy and property. I enjoy cooking and sometimes having a drink and laughs together, but I'm not looking for a party house, but more of a nice and cozy place where to relax after work. I haven't planned the length of my stay yet, but this can be anything between a month to a year. Depends how fast I will fall in love with Sydney :) I'm also keen to team up and flexible with the move in date. Let me know if you want to be my new flatmate and let's work something out!

World traveller needing a place for a few months while I organise my next journey. Just leaving Thailand, moving to China in August. Adelaide is my home town, but have not lived there for many years.
Hey! I work at a bar, about to start Uni at Uni SA, enjoy good music, cooking, wine, chocolate etc.. Very tidy, don't mind helping out whenever. Looking for some housemates that I can have a wine or two with after a long day at uni/work and get along with well! Looking to find a place by the end of feb.
Easygoing. Clean and tidy. Tend to keep to myself at home - I do most of my socialising in town and don't bring the party home. Reliable with rent, bills etc. Enjoy movies, restaurants, concerts/gigs, travel. Have lived in sharehouses, large and small, most of my adult life. Works 9-5, and will spend some weekends interstate.
I'm a 21 year old graduate Radiographer originally from rural SA. I've been living and working on the Gold Coast this year, but have recently been offered my dream job back in Adelaide starting early April! I'll be working full-time hours during the week and some weekends. Outside of work, I'm pretty active. I like to run, hike, cycle and explore. I love camping and the outdoors. Although I'm not a huge party person, I am always down for a couple of drinks. As a housemate I'm tidy, laidback, respectful and courteous. I'll always be down for movie nights and Taco Tuesdays. I've lived in College and share houses before, so know about the ins and outs of sharing! I'm looking for somewhere close to the CBD with laidback and like-minded people. If you have something that would suit, please get in touch!
I am currently unemployed as I was recently let go from my work, looking for full time work close to or in town. I'm very clean and enjoy reading and playing video games in my spare time. I'm fairly social but I also appreciate my own space and people that can respect that
I'm looking for an affordable pet friendly rental for me and my indoor feline companion. Somewhere close to the CBD. 1-2 bedroom unit or apartment would be ideal, but in a share house situation, i'm after a safe, quite, welcoming environment, with kind and considerate people. I'm quiet, clean, tidy, considerate and respectful of others, their property and privacy, and always pay bills and rent on time. The room has to be big enough to fit a queen-sized bed, desk, vanity, 2 wardrobes and a tallboy comfortably. I have excellent references, Police Criminal History Check and DCSI Clearance.
Hi, I am looking for an easy going house to share. I am a vet nurse and have and have a small, old cattle dog x with 3 legs. Mav is quiet and very tidy and respectful. So am I. We need something close to my work, with not too many stairs. I have been living in Q.L.D for the past 10 years but have returned home to Adelaide. I am sociable, and love a BBQ and a quiet drink. Let me know if you're interested. Laura
