I'm a 22yo final year law student at Adelaide. Have rented before so we know how to be sociable but also respectable to others' personal space. Clean, friendly and love good coffee. Please let me know if you have anything close to the Adelaide Uni.
Easy going, friendly and respect privacy. Working full time so won't be in your way all the time!
I'm Pasquale, an Adelaide native who's looking for a place to share with someone like minded, sociable and easy going. I respect those whom, and also wouldn't mind if I kept to myself sometimes as well. I'm a clean, quiet, honest, reliable and easy going person who likes a chat and enjoys my netflix, movies, a good documentary and a sleep in when not much is planned for the next day. I'm working part time in Prospect , so looking to move in to a place not too far from the city either in the close north or eastern suburbs. If you have any queries, please don't hesitate to contact me!
Hi, I'm Ethan. I work full time in the city (For the last few years as well) in a business role and am looking for a place to rent which is within riding distance or has some form of good public transport available close by. I try to keep myself fit with gym and sports and consider myself to be quite a tidy and neat individual by nature. I look forward to meeting with you if a suitable option becomes available.
Great cook, awesome taste in music, sociable, not adverse to the odd drink or two. Massive geek, studying for a Diploma in Information Technology. I also come with my own Netflix account, and promise to not embarrass you in front of your friends. Recently transplanted from rural Queensland, so I have some great stories to tell over beers!
I am an easy going person who likes to be social but also enjoy time to myself. I like to keep my space tidy and am respectful of other peoples property. I am currently living and working in the Barossa Valley and have recently been employed in the city, so am looking for shared accommodation to be closer to work.

I'm an easy-going gal in my late twenties, enjoy low-key hangs as much as retreating with a good book or series on Netflix. At the moment I'm actively looking for work, but also enjoy picking up volunteer gigs and learning new things with my free time! I'm from out north-eastern suburbs way, so ideally looking to live a lot closer to the city.
Hello! Just about to graduate and looking for a place to live. I like baking and drinking tea. I like collecting $5 bottles of wine and I will ask you to drink then with me. I will also cook things and be so surprised that they don't taste awful that I'll insist you try some, in which case you will pity me too much to tell me it doesn't actually taste that good... love a chat but also respect sacred reading time/solo time. Would love a relaxed, friendly house to live in!
I am working full time and currently residing in a really good accomodation but its really far from my work place so just looking more towards north of Adelaide. I am a quite person who is most of the time gaming, creating music, travelling and hiking. I do enjoy social gatherings now n then with spontaneous BBQ parties. Ideally looking for people who can team up with me to hire a decent shared accomodation. Please let me know if you are interested and see where we go from there. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me. Cheers

I'm an easygoing person, looking for a nice place in Adelaide that I can call home for 3 months, while I complete an internship. I love my own space, but also enjoy company and a glas of wine to unwind after a long day. I like to be fairly active and spend my spare time exploring the great outdoors and will hopefully find some nice areas to hike not too far from the city. It would be nice to live with someone with a laid back attitude, who also knows how to replace the toilet paper once it runs out :)
Great house in a great location, with great access to and from the city with the bus stop right outside. Foodland, a bakery, a butcher and an alterations shop are just across the side street. So perfect positioning if you don't have a car. There is on street parking available. The room is not furnished. It is spacious, fits a double bed/Queen bed comfortably. The room also has built in robes and a skylight. The bills will be split in half. The internet is $60 total. Electricity and water I'm not sure yet, however from experience I believe it will be around $300 for power or more likely less, and 100 ish for water. Both of these bills will come quarterly. Other fittings in the house include ceiling fans in both bedrooms and lounge room, reverse cycle air conditioning and heating x3, gas stove, gas heater, washing machine, clothes line and load of natural light. The house is fully furnished, loads of cooking equipment (good pots pans etc), comfy couch, ect. The furnishing in the pictures are not what they are now but the house looks exactly the same.
International PhD student. Diplomatic, quiet and responsible. Play games for fun.
Hi my name is Emily, I'm 20 and am working part time as a bank teller while studying teaching full time at uniSA. I've been living independently for three years, but am finally looking at moving somewhere cheaper! I'm fairly easy going and love a few beers now and then. I do have a three year old desexed female cat called Dez, I'd love if she could live with me put if that's not possible I'll ship her off to live with my parents. I'm reliable, trustworthy and know how to take care of myself. I've had roommates before and respect their privacy. I'd love to find some people who I get along with so we can be more like family. :)

Hi :) I have one unfurnished room available in a furnished apartment. Internet is NBN (super fast) and included in the listed rent price. Utilities are split equally and paid quarterly. The unit is on a court so there is little traffic and is hence a very quiet area. There is just 1 shared wall with neighbours, but I never hear any noise coming from that direction. I have already furnished the property with all the basic necessities so all you will need is what you require for your room. However there is room for other items and ample storage space if required! There is also 3 off-street car parks including one space in the covered carport. For me the location is perfect as there are plenty of shops nearby and only a short distance to the city. I ride my bike into the city for university most days of the week and it only takes 15 minutes. There are also bus stops within walking distance if that's required! No smoking inside the house however there is a small enclosed garden out the back of the house that I have no problem with you using if required. The current contract on this property lasts until September 2017 however I find this property perfect for my needs so will most probably be looking to extend the contract when the time comes. Happy to negotiate with flatmates who are looking for short or long term accommodation.
The carpeted bedroom includes a walk-in robe and split system air conditioner. The photos have the bedroom furnished as a study however that will be cleared away and the bedroom will be unfurnished, with the rest of the house furnished. The apartment features a spacious living area, modern kitchen, and spacious undercover balcony. There is also extra storage space on the balcony, large enough to store bikes. Located just 3km from North Adelaide, 5km to Adelaide Uni, and minutes drive to Marden Shopping Centre and Walkerville Shopping Centre. Walking distance to public transport.
Hey, I'm Evan. I work full-time as an engineer, and am looking to move into a house with a backyard, as my goal is to get a dog (one day). Ideally, I'd like to live inner city. I currently train twice a week and have an almost unhealthy obsession with being active/healthy (also thanks to many Netflix food doco's). I have lived in a share house in the inner east for 11 years since moving to Adelaide from the country. Keen to either join an existing share house or find like-minded relaxed people here and find a house. If you want a chill housemate, who respects you and expects your respect in return, isn't obnoxious, has excellent house upkeep standards, and loves to hang/banter, then look here. P.s. My couches are off the charts comfy
Great location, quiet area and close to all desired amenities. Brand new town house with upmarket appliances. House is fully furnished which these items are able to be used by all who reside in the house.
This is a brand new townhouse with 2 rooms available. The room is $200.00 per week plus outgoings. Both rooms are furnished with a bed and desk. Nice enclosed rear entertaining area and parking with remote roller door for 1 car. Ducted heating and cooling. Looking for an easy going, clean house mates. Easy access into the city via the go zone. Only minutes from Norwood.
Unfurnished room with personal bathroom available late March/early April. Le perks: • Spacious art deco 3/2 house with outdoor areas • Lots of natural light indoors • Carpet floor living area and bedrooms • Air con, heating and fans throughout house • 15 minute bike ride into the CBD centre • Local Foodland closes at 9pm daily • Shops, supermarkets and gas stations close by • Close to bus stops on Main Nth and Nth East Rd • Garden maintenance included in rent
Hi my name is Melvin and I'm looking for a place to stay in Adelaide or any nearby suburbs that is close to the city really as I am starting a job soon there. I'm a tidy person, non-smoker and would say that I'm a pretty easygoing person. :) Looking for furnished rooms preferably!
I'm considerate and generous, but in no way a door mat. I'm easy to get along with because I have many interests. I'm a huge nerd so expect comic books, video games (PC & Xbox One), and board games (think Catan). I will, on occassion, watch the A-League or EPL depending on how my teams are going. I have a hard drive with 1000+ movies so always up for a movie night. Don't mind a bit of a TV binge either (Netflix). Happy to share what's mine because I know you'll take care of it. I enjoy cooking, usually trying new things, and like to cook for others. A nice, big kitchen is preferable for that reason, some recipes can become quite elaborate! Recently gotten into growing my own herbs and vegetables so I would like a place where I can continue that. I'm as liberally minded as they come but not a part of the far-left. Don't expect political correctness. I have no problems at all with any nationality or sexuality, but all religions grind my gears. The areas I selected are purely based on NBN accessibility. This is a must for me. I'm not keen on house parties but enjoy social drinks. Always mindful of my flatmates. Just finished a BSc and applied for honours. Otherwise, I'm a freelance graphic designer picking up work whenever I can. I don't have a problem with smokers, as long as they keep it outside, weed also. No hard drugs though. I'm single. I don't care if you have a partner, but I expect all duties and expenses to be shared commensurately. I'm very easy to live with. I'm drama free and intend to stay that way.
Hey there. I´m Diego. I´m a brazilian guy looking for a some place to stay during my studies in Adelaide I´m a simple guy, easy to live with, polite and quiet. I'm a 21 year old graduate Radiographer originally from rural SA. I've been living and working on the Gold Coast this year, but have recently been offered my dream job back in Adelaide starting early April! I'll be working full-time hours during the week and some weekends. Outside of work, I'm pretty active. I like to run, hike, cycle and explore. I love camping and the outdoors. Although I'm not a huge party person, I am always down for a couple of drinks. As a housemate I'm tidy, laidback, respectful and courteous. I'll always be down for movie nights and Taco Tuesdays. I've lived in College and share houses before, so know about the ins and outs of sharing! I'm looking for somewhere close to the CBD with laidback and like-minded people. If you have something that would suit, please get in touch!
Easygoing. Clean and tidy. Tend to keep to myself at home - I do most of my socialising in town and don't bring the party home. Reliable with rent, bills etc. Enjoy movies, restaurants, concerts/gigs, travel. Have lived in sharehouses, large and small, most of my adult life. Works 9-5, and will spend some weekends interstate.
Neat and clean, don't mind to share a bit of housechores Friendly, flexible, understanding and sociable but respect your privacy Only cooks during the weekend and always clean after myself Always on time for rent and bill payment as I have a slight OCD in scheduling payments ahead :)
I have just finished a law and international studies degree and now work full time as a law clerk in a firm. I am a neat and tidy housemate; I like to socialise but I also enjoy my downtime too :) Outside of work hours, I play both beach and indoor volleyball, as well as surf and go to the gym. I don't have any pets (other than fish) but I am a real animal lover so if the house has pets that wouldn't bother me at all :)
I work full time in the real estate industry with reasonably long hours which certainly keeps me busy. I am an active outdoorsy kind of person and enjoy getting out on the weekends for breakfast and activities. Love a casual mid week drink after work and a few drinks on the weekend too. I am clean and responsible, always up for conversation and a great team player. I am looking for somewhere close to the city or in the city. Anywhere from Goodwood around to Walkerville including Norwood, Glenunga, Parkside, Unley, St Peters, North Adelaide etc I have an adorable three year old cat who I would love to bring with me however I do have a back up for her if the perfect opportunity came up that she wasn't able to join. Lily is an independent, smart, clean cat that spends most of her day sleeping. Flexible with move in date
I am easy going bloke who enjoys meeting new people. I would describe myself as esoteric. I am well educated and very respectful of others differences based on being a final year law student. I enjoy meeting new people and enjoy cooking. I also like listening to records in my spare time.
Hi, my name is Alice. I'm 21 and a student to be. My current share house recently had an enormous gumtree branch fall through it, leaving it uninhabitable, so I'm looking to find a room as soon as possible. I'm a fantastic cook, I'm clean and tidy and I am a responsible, well mannered person. I enjoy my own company but I can be sociable and would be happy to have a glass of wine or two with you. I enjoy going out for coffee, and a night out in town from time to time! My interests include, art collecting/galleries, going antiquing and op-shopping, watching indie and foreign films, and listening to and collecting music. I am available to move right now. I would love to become friends with the people I share with.
