Colin and I are both super friendly people. We are vegan so we wont eat all of your food too! We both work full time at the kent hotel in hamilton. We have 3 furry babies. A dog Kyza and two cats peaches and snowball. Finding somewhere that accepts pets is hard so we are just looking for somewhere for a short amount of time until we find our new home.
I am 22 and just graduated university as a primary teacher. Looking for casual teaching work in Newcastle but will most likely be working full time when school term starts. I lived in the country and moved to Sydney for 4 years and now needing another change. I am clean, organised, social but do still love my down time. I am past my partying days but still happy to have a couple of drinks and hopefully looking for housemates that can become friends. I enjoy games nights, watching Netflix and am free most weekends. I am pretty much happy to live in most suburbs of Newcastle as long as they aren't further than 25 minutes from the city.
Room is in an air conditioned, beautifully restored house in a quiet street close to John Hunter Hospital, Uni, grocery shops, cafes and transport. A peaceful environment to relax in after work or to study in privacy. The spacious, lockable bedroom has a comfortable king single bed, desk, wardrobe, bookshelves, study light and generous set of drawers. I'll provide you with one set of bed linen and bath towel. You'll share a newly refurbished bathroom with only one other female. Shared laundry and huge kitchen. The house is surrounded by sensor lights. Internet as well as all other bills included in rent. Beautiful gardens to yours to enjoy along with outdoor tables on a sunny north facing deck. What I'm looking for is a quiet, respectful, tidy person with whom I can live harmoniously. This is my home, not a share house so you'll have the advantage of the common areas being cleaned for you and all yard maintenance attended to on a regular basis.
Hey there! Pretty reasonable and easygoing, I clean up any mess I make and prefer to solve any issues I have with people in person and civilly. You won't find me eating all your food or using your shampoo, which I think is a pretty redeeming quality. Though, I'm mostly an introvert and I treat where I'm living as more of a chill downtime space, then a hangout spot. So unless we hit it off, I'll largely just reside in my room. Currently working 9-5 / 5 days a week on an internship
One room available. Great location, walk to uni and shops. Close to John Hunter Hospital, Mater Hospital and F3 freeway. Two male tenants and three female tenants 19-30 years working and students. Plenty of parking or transport out the front. Rent includes bills, cleaner and lawn maintenance. Contribute to wifi about $10/month. Recently renovated. Please phone or email to arrange an inspection. Louise

Hi! I'm Indiana, 20 years old and about to begin a teaching degree at the University of Newcastle (Callaghan campus) mid year. I'll be packing up, leaving my full time office job and moving from my hometown in the Northern Rivers in mid to late May or first week of June. I am a respectful and tidy person to live with, quiet and low key but enjoy good conversations and the occasional wine. I've been raised to always clean up after myself and to contribute to housework, which is what I'm looking for in potential housemates as well :)
I'm Gemma. I'm 21 in July and moved to Newcastle two years ago from Dubbo for Uni. I'm studying a double degree in Law and Communications and work casually. I have lived on campus at the University the past two years and do have an offer to move back in, however I would love to find an alternative if possible as living on campus can get pretty hectic (and expensive) sometimes. I'm pretty easygoing and always up for a chat! In between a busy degree and work I enjoy some downtime binge watching Netflix or hanging out having a few drinks/playing board games with friends. I like going to the beach on my days off and I am usually pretty tidy, especially in common spaces. I also make a mean lasagna. Looking for a fun but relaxed house where the housemates can become friends and hang out but also respect each other's personal space when we want to nap or just relax on our own. Ps. Dog in the photo is my parent's dog, I won't be bringing any pets with me.
Hey! My names Lilly, and I'm currently studying Secondary Education at uni as well as working part-time in hospitality. I'm super easy going and love a good laugh & a drink! Really active and love to get out and about, i'm a super social person and always keen on a chat! Wanting to move out in the next couple months!

I'm happy to pay 3 month in advance for a good place/deal. Please contact me for any further questions. 0431871700 Thanks Joel
