I'm happy and sociable, perfect to have a drink or a chat with on the weekend, but am also content with my own company when the time calls for it. I am a non-smoker and very moderate drinker. I love animals so if you accept me I will walk your dog without you asking. I need to be close to my 16 and 13 year old daughters in Hamersley, so I will never take where I live for granted if its close to them, so I will pay the rent on time every time. I ride my bike for fun and fitness. I enjoy the company of people who like to just hang out without making demands, so that makes me a good housemate. I love movies and TV as well.
Easy going, laid back guy with a passion for music, gaming and all things related to it. I'm looking for a long term private rental or long term share accommodation/room for rent with access to primary neccessaries (ie use of fridge, pantry, bathroom etc), as well as wifi access if possible as I enjoy my gaming etc. Employed fulltime as a warehouse person in Wangara (7am - 3.30pm with occasional early starts/late finishes depending on time of year and current workloads) so some where within a 20-30min drive to work would be preferred, though not essential, and am paid fortnightly, so would be paying rent in that period (if this is an issue I'm able to pay weekly). Would prefer off-street/garage parking, however on-street is fine providing it is directly in front of property (I love my car, even though she has a little bit of cosmetic work needing to be done haha). Currently am not in need, but will be in need of something by the end of September.
I'm a really easy going person, just wanting to complete my degree without having to travel upwards of an hour to get to campus. I have 2 cats (1 of which will definitely be coming with me) who are both easy going felines who sometimes want cuddles. I am a decent cook and I'm fairly clean, although sometimes I'm a bit untidy. At the moment I'm relying on centrelink and will only be getting a really small amount of money, as such bills really need to be included in my rent as seriously, I have no money.
Easy to get along with,generally shy at first but once I'm comfortable I come out of my shell, and become bubbly and a chatter box, I do like to be around people and have a good laugh. At the same time I really do value my alone time. I tend to do home improvements within reason and will often have a few projects on the go normally woodwork kinda things. Love a ice cold beer after a working day and a good chat about everyone's day. I am a clean guy I like things to be just so, and I enjoy to cook.. My friend group is just like I am. Nothing bothers us and just want to have a good time with good company. I do have my gorgeous little girl myla, she is a American staffy and is such a lovable pup. Always so Happy and excited to see and meet people. (Many friends want her as their own. I'm looking for similar people to share a home with and share the same interests or just have a awesome personality. Looking for a home from Scarborough up to oceanreef no further north and would prefer coastal but am happy to be slightly inland. I'm very tidy, clean and respectful of other peoples space and things. I've lived in a share house before so I'm up for sharing the general house duties. I'm always up for a chat, I'm easy going. If i'm not working or studying I like to keep fit, spend my time down at the beach with friends or family. I'm not a party animal, but always happy to get to know new people over a cheeky glass of wine. I do have a giant marshmallow dog who will be moving with me. He's a Great Dane and takes a bit to get used to people, but once he gets to know you he will turn into a lap dog and sit on your lap and enjoying your company.
