We have a crystal clear pool in a large backyard with a pool table, dartboard, outdoor bar and barbecue. We have a golden retriever dog and a friendly little cat. But not looking to have any more pets at this stage sorry.
Available is a large clean modern home to share with myself and 4 others ( 2m +2f ). I work from home. Others are working/studying. Environment is courteous, respectful and laid back however we do occasionally crank some music ( listening and playing ). Well provisioned kitchen with whatever you need to cook up a storm. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. Warwick Train station is a 6 min walk, Warwick shops and Cinema similar. 13 mins to City or Joondalup. 5 mins to beach. I own the house and am currently searching for some one who is chilled out and needing a house to stay. Spacious back yard with beautiful out entertaining. Bbq in the evening is always good. I work 6 days a week and 2 of those days at late night.. also work Saturdays so Sunday is the main day I’m home. You generally get the house to your self. Would prefer a non smoker, and keeping clean and tidy after the meals so we don’t have to worry about rosters etc. there is aircon in the main living area but just fans in the bedrooms. I have a ragdoll Cat that is very chilled and generally likes to keep out of your way. My family are in the country and pass through everyone and then. But a spare room is there for them to sleep if they need to. Same goes with your family if they need a night or two to stay.
The property is old but the house itself is very homely. It is not modern but has a good comfy feel. You will have the back of house to yourself which includes a bedroom and your own lounge room and bathroom. N Aircon is getting installed this month. Has a good undercover area and a large back yard. Big kitchen area as well. Close to Warwick Traino and Greenwood shops as well as Greenwood Pub which has some beaut food. 24 hour gym down the road. Great neighbourhood with caring neighbours.
