Ropa
$380/week•26 year old woman
Hi :) My name is Ropa and I am a 26-year-old female looking for a single room to rent for myself. Im a support worker and I pay my bills on time. I’d like a parking space as well, including street parking if necessary. I've been told that I am quite funny and easy to befriend, but I respect people's boundaries as well. I am neat, clean and quiet until I come out of my shell. I am looking for a respectable environment that's easy for me to be myself. I love art and being creative, as well as going to the gym and catching up with friends. I don’t have pets, but I’m okay with pets.

Jayde
$275/week•20 year old woman
Hi, my name is Jayde, and I’m looking for a room to rent in Perth. I currently work part-time as a medical receptionist for a podiatry clinic, with a guaranteed 25 hours a week on contract. Alongside this, I also do casual support work when I’m not at the clinic, which is usually another 2-3 shifts on top of my part-time role. I study a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) part-time at Curtin University, which usually takes up 1–1.5 days of my week. Between work and study, I’m usually pretty busy and don’t spend a huge amount of time at home. I don’t smoke or party, and I much prefer an early bedtime and early mornings (with the occasional Sunday sleep-in!). I enjoy socialising but equally value my private downtime. I’m respectful of others, clean and tidy, and usually in bed by around 8pm. My parents moved away to travel Australia over a year ago, so since then I’ve been renting a house through a realestate (DASH) with my sister. She is now moving in with her partner, which is why I am searching for a new place. I can provide all my clearances as a support worker, as well as references. My current real estate agent, India McAskill, can be contacted on 08 9402 4278. I can also provide a personal reference, income statements, and proof of always paying rent on time. On a personal note, I like to meal prep to save time during the week and reduce how much cooking I need to do. I find cleaning therapeutic and never mind doing a deep clean around the house. Along with this, I like to keep my room very clean and cozy, as I it is usually my safe place. I do not have any pets. I’m hoping to find a clean, respectful and friendly place to call home. Thank you!

Stephanie
$300/week•37 year old woman
I'm Steph. I’m 37, work full-time in healthcare, and study Psychology online. I’m looking for a long-term room to rent with my cat, Bubby. He’s toilet-trained, friendly, and great with other cats. I work 8–5 in Victoria Park and catch the train, which doubles as my study time. Weekends are for movies, reading, or exploring Perth. I’m clean, respectful, easy-going, and not a big drinker (though I don’t mind the occasional social one). I usually make sandwiches or eat out, so I barely use the kitchen. I’d love a house with other pets so Bubby can have a playmate. He’s three, playful, and always indoors except for little lead walks.
