I’m 25years old from the UK. My lease is up on 28th April and my house mate is relocating else where, so now looking for a room. This will not be my first time living with roommates I know how to respect other people well. I’m a pretty chill guy definitely not a party animal but not a Scrooge either, clean, tidy, very respectful and love sports. I work full time as hydraulic fitter and tend to keep myself busy most of the time so I won’t be lounging around, spending most of my weekend’s at motocross tracks and meeting up with friends.I work around Wangara so will need something north of the city. Ideally have garage space for a motocross bike but not essential Can provide preferences and start paying before the 28th to help secure somewhere.
