Hi, I work in Education and will be moving from Manjimup to start a new job at SIDE in Leederville on July 21. I am a quiet person, who is respectful of others property, and I am looking for a calm, quiet and safe place to stay. I will likely spend some weekends away from Perth, along with school holidays as I often like to catch up with family and friends in Bunbury. Ideally, I would love to bring my two dogs with me, Peppa is a 13.5-year-old staffy/ heeler mix, who has slowed down but is still living her best twilight years with her sister Daisy, 8 years old staffy/jack russell cross. Both dogs trained at dog school and are very well behaved with housing property and yards. I am currently learning to play golf, and I will be looking to see what social sports are close by to join and meet new people. I enjoy travel, when possible, throughout the year. I hope to purchase a property of my own during 2026, so I am looking for an option of accommodation until at least mid-year, maybe longer without needing to take on a lease.

I'm quiet and easy going, would like the option to have my partner or a friend over to visit now and then. Other than that I'd rather go out to socialise than have parties or gatherings at home, the most I would like is a chill board games night or similar. I'm not really a party person, but if I go out to socialise I would prefer to go to a music event and come home to a quiet house. I make music (with headphones on) and graphic art both on my computer, I do circus arts like juggling, and enjoy lots of different art and craft mediums, and am always happy to share my hobbies and try to teach if someone is interested. I am learning to crochet and am starting to do yoga and more active/outdoor activities regularly like gym, mountain biking and hiking, and would be a bonus if future housemates want to share in any of these activites. Would love a vegan/vegetarian home but not essential.
