Hello, I am looking for a granny flat or something similar. It does not need to be fancy or luxurious. I would be happy with something similar. Previously I lived in a granny flat in Padbury for 10 years. They will provide a good reference. I work in a child care centre. I am a quiet person. In my spare time I enjoy being at the beach, reading, meditating and watching movies. I don't have pets but am okay with other peoples animals. I am looking for a place close to public transport. I may consider renting a room if it comes with a bathroom. and another area for storage ( I have a lot of books). If renting a room, would prefer to share with females, although may consider sharing with males if they have a police clearance and a reference from a female. I am only interested in living at places where rent can be paid via online banking. I am not interested in any places where rent needs to be paid in cash. I prefer the convenience of online banking and like having a clear record that my rent has been paid.
