Hello everyone, I'm a very clean & tidy individual from the UK. In the past year, I've had the privilege of working as a Real Estate Agent for the UK's largest agency. Currently, I'm employed Full time as a Sales Consultant for a firm in Osborne Park. I've been renting a Granny flat in Doubleview for the past 2 months on a short-term agreement until the landlord's family returns from Serbia on the 1st April. (Reference available) I don't consume drugs or alcohol & regularly attend the Nations Church in Myaree. I drive a Saab 9-3 Convertible with street parking not being an issue. Due to work commitments in Osbourne Park, I'm preferably looking for a rental in Doubleview, Scarborough, Innaloo, Woodlands, City Beach, Wembley Downs, Stirling area. In the past year, I have traveled to Monaco, Dubai, New York, Malaysia, Latvia, Sweden, Romania, France, Estonia, Italy & Abu Dhabi. I've finally decided to settle in Australia & so far it's paradise ! I'm free all week in the evenings to travel to viewings, I can work around a time suitable for you. Spent the last 2 years living the work / travel life, spending time living in Sydney and Queenstown, now looking to work and settle in Perth until December. Currently after a room to move into asap along with my partner Tom, open to most locations.
