I have a daughter 21 and son 13, they wont be staying with me. I love the environment and animals. I am a clean person, I clean as I go, I hate dirty dishes on the sink and a full rubbish bin. I can cook but don't do it often. I'd rather go out. I don't get drunk and drink rarely. You must be non smokers. My only rule. I enjoy camping, 4wd ing, hiking, running and cycling. I travel to Albany and Bunbury often to hang glide. I have been renting from my last land lord for 9 years and can be a long term tenant if you accept me.
