Even areas near Perth CBD are okay as long as it’s close to the Yanchep train line! :) Our budget is $400-500 per week. We are both honest, hard-working people who love to either stay at home and watch movies or go outdoors for a stroll. We both work in the hospitality and restaurant industry. I’m an animal lover who will spend my weekends watching whatever sports match is on, going for a hike, or out visiting family. I’m a relatively social person so will gladly have a glass of wine with you every now and again, I love a cup of tea in the evening before bed. But I too need downtime and will spend my evenings reading if my social battery is a little low. I’d rather see my friends out of the home than invite them over too much.
