Hi my name is Jessica. I am about to start studying to become a child and youth worker. I am also looking for work. I have just moved back to Melbourne from Cairns. I am 23 years old. Looking for a room that's fully furnished due to a recent move from Cairns I don't have much stuff. Looking forward to starting again I am on Centrelink so I do get regular payments and will be able to make rent/bills. Love having a night in to watch movies or have a drink. My partying days are behind me although don't mind going out once in awhile. My focus right now of study and looking for work. I have a cat who gets along with other animals. His name is Archie and he loves attention and give great cuddles. He loves to be outside but stays inside at night time. If there is a busy road near the house would prefer to have him inside.
Hey there, I'm a 38yo teacher recently returned from two years working in The Netherlands and travelling around Europe every chance I had. I have a 4yo hound called Billy, who keeps me moving and giggling. He's a staffy cross koolie. I like to swim, garden and get to the beach. Netflix is a winter weakness and white beers and G&Ts my summer achilles. Love to live somewhere with friendly people who like casual convos but happy to give lots of space too. I'm tidy, financially savvy and respectful. Cheers, Katy
We are both very easy going people, extremely clean and happily clean up after ourselves, trustworthy and honest and always reliable with rent/bills etc We both currently don't work but have a stable income. Both Aussie as they come 😂😂 I currently keep a small snake and some small geckos! I'm looking for my first job soon. I love to have a chat 😉 My dad loves AC/DC and guitar and doesn't mind a drink and chat 🎸🤘
Hey guys, I have just finished my Honours in Botany at La Trobe University and I'm looking to continue my studies with a PhD over the next few years. Seeking a share-house near uni but am open to suburbs a little further away and am flexible with the move date. I have lived in share houses since I was 20 and quite enjoy it when there is good chemistry between housemates. I have also owned and lived in my own home and have backpacked extensively through many countries including Greece, Mexico, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. Most recently, I spent a year in South America where I volunteered on farms, couch-surfed with many locals, and made a short film with students in Colombia. I used to party a lot but those days are well and truly behind me and Im looking for housemate who are on the same page. I still enjoy the occasional glass of wine. I like to keep things tidy and happy to clean, garden and chip in around the home. I dont mind a bit of a chat. Apart from uni, I work casually as a TV/Film background extra (been doing it for over 10 years) and I also help out a mate every so often with his furniture repair business. I stay fit by hitting the gym and riding my bike to get around. I like: Seeing the happiness in everyday life, simplicity, laughing, gardening, permaculture, exercise, Qi Gong, camping, tidy and peaceful atmospheres, equality, respect for one another etc. I get along best with open-minded, free spirited, positive, creative types who are self-motivated and passionate about what they do in life. People who are thoughtful and respectful are also highly favoured. I'm also very interested in starting a share-house with like-minded people if an opportunity arises. I have some furniture, including a queen bed, desk, small dining table, and a two-seater plus chaise lounge. I also have a top-loader washing machine and a huge 520L like-new fridge. Happy to store some of these items if they are not needed. Happy to answer any questions and I'm really looking forward to seeing what's out there. Cheers
Hi! I'm a student commencing a physiotherapy degree at Latrobe for 2018 and needing to move closer to the campus, either a room or shared apartment would suit. Something around $200 a week with bills inclusive would suit and with the bedroom furnished. Very easy going and respectful of everyone's personal space and know when it's time to be quiet and get work done but at the same time love having a coupla beers and a meal throughout the week if the occasion is called for. If you're interested then please don't hesitate to message me!! :)
Hi there. My name is Bryony and I'm 26. I moved out of my family home in July to a house I found on this site. My lease ends mid January, and I'm looking for a new place to live. I'm a non drinker and non smoker. I'm a quiet person, but have also enjoyed socializing with my current flat mates. I've lived with dogs most of my life, so am definitely up for a place with a four legged friend!
Hi! I'm Abbey :) Arriving back in Australia after 8 months of travel to start studying international relations at La Trobe University. Friendly, approachable and laid back, very tidy and organised. I love to cook, (vegan food) I like to keep fit by doing boxing and swimming. Also love to chill out with films and books.
I am finishing my PhD at September, so I will be working a lot, but not all the time. I am very social, so when I'm not working, I will hopefully be going out having fun with my new flatmates. Should that not be the case, then I also already know a few people in the area, so I will not disturb anyone. I am from Denmark, I am visiting Melbourne as a part of my PhD (and also to surf), I have been kitesurfing for a year now and look forward to try out surfing in Melbourne. I cook, so if you wanna try some danish dishes, then I will happily cook a few. I am always happy and easy to get along with.
I am a friendly person who values respect, good morals and cleanliness, 'am always up for a laugh but definitely do not want any dramas. I am searching for a single room with a bathroom and toilet en-suite. cheers
Fun, tidy and chatty, though I do like my own space. I'm an animated and quirky character and I get along with just about everyone. I'm very mature for my age, though still have that flare from my inner-child come out every now and again. I'm generally full of big ideas and love trying new things. I'm very interested in art, the outdoors, socialising and I love discovering new and fun ways to hang out with my friends. I've very fond of my work and often keep pretty busy. I'm currently studying to be an Occupational Therapist at La Trobe and working as a respite worker and disability support worker.
I have been living in Auckland for the past year; now coming back to Australia for university at RMIT and will be going into a BA of Photography. I'd say I'm a fairly chilled person. I also play the clarinet and have been for ten years, that'll be coming with me. I don't smoke or have any pets, just myself, clarinet and small collection of cameras. I am not the go out and party ever night kind, I'd rather say in or go out somewhere nice with a couple of friends. So I won't be throwing any huge parties. I am looking for a room in Melbourne with fantastic flatmates. Only visited Melbourne a few times so I don't know my way around but am ready for a new city and new people.
I am a very pleasant person, I love cooking and baking and I'm a yoga teacher so you will be always welcome to hop on for a great yoga session I love sharing a meal with others and chatting over a glass of wine, so we can do that, and i am also very respectful of people's privacy
Hi! I moved to Melbourne in February of last year and have lived on campus for the past two years. This year I moved into an apartment with some other students, and we've had a great time living together. I'm clean, happy to do my share of cleaning and housework and pay my rent and bills on time each month. I do tend to keep to myself sometimes, but I love a good chat over some TV or while cooking. I'm friendly, considerate and clean up after myself. I'll always respect your privacy and leave you alone if need be. I understand that everyone needs time to themselves sometimes. I'm currently studying nursing at La Trobe and will be finishing my final year of uni in 2018. My classes are at the Austin Hospital, and so I'm hoping to live in a suburb nearby thats easily accessible by public transport. I also work casually at Big W, but am hoping to get a second job in the next month or so. I'm excited to finally live off campus and move in with some friendly roommates!
Clean, tidy and conservative professional man moving back to Melbourne after 14 years interstate. Been with current federal government employer for 10 years. Fit and healthy non smoker and social drinker. I am a private and friendly man who is always happy to talk and help out if required. I enjoy watching aussie rules, cricket, any sport really, and participating in outdoor fitness related activities. I enjoy animals and have no pets of my own. I can commit to 6 months, maybe longer, just unsure at this stage.
A great room to rent in a wonderful light filled house living with two people, one who is away most of the time, and the other about half of the time. This lovely house is filled with light, has gas ducted heating, and cooling in the summer. A large living dining area, easy to use kitchen, laundry, and a spacious bathroom all make this home a pleasure to be a part of. Quiet peaceful neighbourhood, lots of greenery, great train and bus connections, easy for La Trobe University with shopping easily available at Greensborough Plaza. The room is a large bedroom with a built in robe, I currently have a King size bed in there. I'm happy to swap that for a Queen or a Single. I can provide all of the linen and doona covers. If you have your own bed that you'd like to bring that's great as well. I also have some storage space available in the garage.

Hey, my name is Casey! I work full time and study so my schedule is pretty jam packed. I work pretty early most mornings (usually on weekends as well) so I'm not big on the party scene. I enjoy cooking and the gym and generally keep to myself and am pretty quiet but enjoy a good chat. I like a clean home where I can just relax after a long day. I'd love to live with like minded people, if this sounds like you hit me up for a chat 😊
