Hey there, I'm a ex-kiwi, ex-Qlder, long term Melbournite recently returned from two years working in The Netherlands and travelling around Europe every chance I had. I like to swim, garden and get to the beach regularly where my family are now based. I have a 4yo dog, Billy, who keeps me moving and giggling. I’m looking to live somewhere with friendly people who like casual convos but happy to give lots of space too. I’m sometimes vegetarian and make eco-conscious choices with products & practices. A tidy house, early bill payments and live respectfully is just what I do. I have full-time permanent employment in Rosanna so ideally want a 12month lease within easy commute (but thinking even longer term). I am looking for a stable home rather than a transition house. If this sounds like a good match, I’d love to hear from you! Cheers, Katy
Hey there, just a girl that needs to move out of home, doing traffic control full time so I'm out early in the morning and usually spend time with my friends after work, very relaxed and easy going and always up for a chat but always respectful of personal space, i would keep my place clean and tidy and always help out with house holdly duties, let me know if you think we could work something out :) p.s i would like to be able to get a cat but its not a deal breaker
Recently renovated house Fully furnished. Can provide a Queen size bed if needed Clean and minimalistic. Outdoor entertainment area that I plan on adding to with sunbeds, a bbq and patio heater. Close to Woolies, Greensborough Plaza, cafes, restaurants, HOYTS cinemas, RMIT University, bus stop (300m away), train station (1km away)
Hi Im 29yo female working full time in the northern suburbs Mon-Friday. Im super easy going and very social, most weekends I’m out with friends or hanging with my dogs(they will not be moving with me) . During the week I like to keep to myself but still very social. I’m super clean, tidy and can cook and don’t mind sharing a meal with other housemates. I don’t mind having a chat too as I think it’s weird to live with people and not talk to them, at the same time I respect ones privacy and alone time. I do enjoy being a home body sometimes but I’m also looking for similar house mates who are keen to have a drink, hangout, relax occasionally.
I am super independent, career driven, tidy, very respectful and love movie nights. I enjoy going out to the local pub, hanging with friends and just doing my own thing really. I do Traffic Control and also do modelling, acting and a few things on the side. Hoping to work in Management one day in the near future. I am looking for my own room. Female only house, please! I also have one cat that would preferably need to come with :)
Hey there. I am a full-time Uni student/part-time waitress looking for a room around Bundoora and surrounding suburbs. I am a neat and respectful housemate, I pay my bills and can provide references. I have a small dog, he's quiet, friendly and good with other animals including cats. I am looking for a furnished room - actually, just a bed and fridge to share would be great!
Hi there. My name is emma, I’m 28 and I have 2 part time jobs as a social worker & nanny as well as volunteering as a tutor. Im currently looking for a room in bundoora or surrounding suburbs, as that is where i work. I can also provide references to show that i have a great rental history and that I am a friendly, clean, reliable, respectful and easy going person to live with. The thing is that I also have a tiny puppy who is Maltese/ chihuahua and smaller than most cats haha. He is well behaved and he’s ridiculously cute, plus he would be sticking by me most of the time, and I can take him to work with me most days if need be as well... so he wouldn’t get in anyone’s way. And obviously i would always ensure that his presence in the house wouldn't cause any mess, or cause any disturbance or inconvenience to the other housemates. So with all of that said.. If you have a room for rent and your open to discussing it further, feel free to send me a message and we can go from there. Cheers, Emma :)
i like my own space, i am very reliable with rent, and like to get along with people, but also like my space. I clean up for myself and will help anyone who needs me. I'm studying a bachelor of counselling and need a place of happiness and contentment.
Young couple planning to move from Adelaide in Jan 2019! Female Student working part time, and male Construction Plumber. We are looking for a place in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood close to RMIT (where I'll be studying). Our hobbies include gym, anything outdoors, and hanging with friends and family. Very chilled and looking for easygoing house mates who are clean!
Very close (2min walk) to busses to LaTrobe Uni, RMIT Bundoora, Greensborough Plaza and Northland. 10min walk to Watsonia train station (Hurstbridge line). 10 min walk to local shops and cafes on Watsonia road. There is also a large footy/cricket oval and small nature reserve just down the road. Length of stay is negotiable, happy to have short stays. Rent is $250 per week (including all bills). For short stays of a month or less, rent will need to be paid upfront but no bond required. For stays of more than one month, a bond of $750 will need to be paid in addition to the first months rent, prior to moving in ($1750 total). The bond will be refunded in full after you vacate, providing there are no bills/rent in arrears and there is no damage to the property. The house has been fully updated with a modern kitchen and bathroom, open plan lounge/kitchen/dining, polished floor boards, carpet in the bedrooms and lots of natural light. There is a split system aircon in the lounge/kitchen and also ducted gas heating. There is a separate laundry, however I don't have a washing machine at the moment (bonus points for anyone who comes with a washing machine :D). There is a coin laundry a short drive or bus ride from the house though. There is also plenty of off street parking (Room for 2 more cars). The rooms are carpeted with built in wardrobes and large windows. One room is currently a guest room so is fully furnished, the other is unfurnished. Furnishings for either room are flexible although I would prefer housemates to provide their own bedding.
Easy going and relaxed attitude I enjoy a chat, generally a people person I get along with most. I'm usually a quite and private person tendings to keep to myself as well. I like to read and take Jay Dee out for walks most days. I like to put the feet up with my girlfriend and watch movies. Like to think I know my way around a kitchen and have been known to have a bit of a cook up. Jay Dee is an eleven year old staffy that can be a bit of a sook but is as happy as Larry sitting in the corner with his bed, keeping an eye on everyone. He lived with a kelpie the last 4 years and gets on pretty well with other similar sized dogs. He misses the other dog a bit so would welcome a friend.
I am a very clean, organised and easy going person, looking for a place not only to live, but to call home. I am a 32 year old vegetarian woman and I like to spend my free time studying, reading, on the internet or simply having a good red wine accompanied by a nice conversation about any interesting subject, specially arts, music, movies and literature. As a "young old lady" I would prefer to live in a quite, non-party house and with no inside-house smokers. If you think my profile fits to your place, please send me a message.
Hi! I am Andrea, a 26 years old guy from Italy! I am coming in Melbourne for my master thesis at RMIT. I am a bit shy at the beginning, but my friends say that I'm very interesting once I get in touch! I am respectful and clean (I really enjoy house cleanings), and I am planning to stay from 3 to 6 months in Melbourne.
Hi, I am looking for a place around Bundoora / North East suburbs to move into. Supermarket and either a train or tram stop within walking distance would be awesome as well. Happy to move in with people who are like minded, between the ages of 22-30. Both mix of male and female. Down to earth, chilled, light hearted but also up for having fun, a drink after work some nights and enjoy a good laugh. Generally I am a tidy person, can cook, clean and do my own washing. My weekends generally consist of being outside, out riding, hiking, or catching up with friends. But I am keen to meet or live with completely new people. so if ya looking for one extra housemate, give me a msg.
I am an Italian guy who has been living in New Zealand for the past 4 years and I will have a full-time job at the La Trobe University. I am the perfect stereotype: I can obviously cook pasta and pizza and enjoy a social night together! I am very tidy, clean and respectful. I am looking for an accommodation for a maximum of two months, during which I will be pretty busy working, so I won't be home much. Love TV series and running.
Hi there! Most people find me friendly and well mannered. I tend to keep to myself but always enjoy a drink and chat after work or on the weekends. I work as an administrator for Scentre Group (Westfield) Design & Construction, in a nut-shell we construct the shopping centres. I don't have much time during the week to socialise so it's mostly TV/Movies and Gaming. On the weekends i enjoy cycling and motorbike riding, going for the occasional run and keeping myself busy. Thanks for stopping by! :D
Hi potential future flatmates, We are a married couple my names Dan and I work full time as an IT professional in the CBD. We are pretty quite and can keep to ourselves, if you prefer, but we are friendly and clean up after ourselves and quite happy to have a dinner and chat with you as well. Looking forward to the next chapter in our life :)
