Hey! Just me, Zee. I guess this is the part where you are reading this trying to figure out if I am a weirdo or not, and I'll tell you right now I am however I promise I am the best kind 😉. I am 28 and have spent the past 9 months working in Mildura teaching Health and English to High School kids and I am looking to move to Melbourne ( End of December ) as close to Bundoora/Watsonia as possible as I have got a job as a school Counsellor out there in 2019 I'm super laid back and will generally just go to the gym, go to work, come home, eat and do my own thing, however I will also be down for a shared dinner, some Netflix or a drink or an adventure every now and then. Whenever someone asks my hobbies I never know how to answer it as I feel like binge watching Netflix and having to turn the volume up because my constant snacking drowns out the sound is a socially acceptable answer.. Although I also spoon my cat a lot, watch a lot of thrillers and coming of age stuff, and I love music and will always be open to exploring your playlists and sharing mine. I also try to stay healthy by going to the gym, skating and I have just started boxing. I will always clean up after myself and keep the communal spaces tidy and although I am looking for someone or someones who are up to socialize, I am well over the party house atmosphere. I also think it is important to mention that I am a transgender male, and although it is not solely who I am, it is part of who what makes me, me. I am about a year into my transition and am pretty chill with it so if you aren't sure about what that means I am always down to educate. However- I want to live with someone who respects that and is okay with it because neither you or I deserve to be in a situation where we feel uncomfortable. Also a cookie; I have a cookie who is a super chunky 10 year old cat. All she does with her life is cuddles and sleeps. If you think I am the type of weirdo you would be keen on living with, or want to know more please just send me a message, however please only contact me if you are genuine. Cheers!
Hi. Just me and my dog Jay Dee. I'm an easy going guy I like to chill out play video games or watch netflix. I'm reasonably clean I don't leave messes behind and have been known to cook up a pretty decent feed from time to time, especially on the BBQ. I like to read and have been trying to get back into music, playing a little guitar. Although I'm not all that accomplished, and it has become a bit of a rarity that it gets picked up at all. I've recently started playing basketball and am also interested in taking up marital arts again. I work doing asphalting at the moment which keeps me busy and the cash is nice. Jay Dee is a staffy cross he's getting on a bit nearly fourteen so most of his time is spent sleeping on the couch or in the sun somewhere. He's happiest curled up beside someone and loves a pat and doesn't mind demanding it. Lol. He has been brought up and inside/outside dog with him being in at night and when there's someone home. Outside during the day. He is a lovely dog and loves being the centre of attention which is easy since he's a big cute. As I said I'm easy going I love a chat and don't mind a cold beer or two after a day at work nothing excessive though. I'm respectful and always good to lend a hand around the house. If this sounds like I'm a fit for your place then feel free to send a message.
I was born in Australia and I currently work full time in a busy restaurant in South Morang, on my days off I am studying electro-technology as I am pursuing a career as an electrician. I moved to Melbourne last December from Western Australia and have worked full time since. I have lived out of home since I was 15 and know how to act independently and take care of myself and surroundings. I don't smoke or drink so there will be no issues there. In my spare time I like to get out doors and see the natural sights in Melbourne. Looking for a place to call home for a few months and possibly longer.
Hello, I am looking for a place in Melbourne near to public transport, as I am currently attending Latrobe University. I am a quiet, clean person with a tendency to keep to myself. I enjoy reading, visiting the city and spending time on my computer. I do have a cat, which I will need to bring with me, however, she is very quiet and generally lives in my room.
Hi, My name is Stephanie and I am 23 years old. I have been living out of home since I was 18 so I like to think that I'm house savvy and know my way around a vacuum. I also believe in treating others belongs like you want yours to be treated. Honest and open communication is really important to me as I feel life's too short to sweat the small stuff. I am very neat and tidy and love cooking. I love to share meals though thats not a necessity. When I'm not working I like to spend time with friends, dance and binge watch Netflix. I work as a nurse at the Alfred, therefore I would prefer someone who respects and understand shift work. Work can be stressful at times so I would like to come home to a relaxing home environment, though on the occasion I like to let my hair down and have a couple of drinks. Hope to hear from you
Hi there! I'm Sibel, I'm 22 years old, and I'm working as a customer service rep. I am employeed as casual however I do get full time hours EVERY week. I love playing video games, trying new things and just chilling when I finally get some down time. I also have a Shih Tzu called Alice.
I am a music teacher, working at a couple of studios in Rosanna and Diamond Creek. I am relatively well behaved and easy to get along with. I like walking, reading, writing, etc. I am in training with the Eltham fire brigade; however my current house that I am living in is getting torn down at the end of the year and I need to find somewhere else within a four minute sprint of the station.
I’m a quiet person that likes space. I will be studying full time as well as working casually so having quiet time when coming home will be important to me but I’m also up for a chat now and again. I’m a tidy person who likes to keep my things organised so you won’t have any issues with mess. I’m a gamer studying game design so I’ll probably spend the majority of my time on my PS4 or trying to make my own games. I do have a girlsfriend but I don’t live with her so she may come over sometimes but she’s very respectful as she has lived independently for a while.
I'm a country girl from South Australia and have been living at my current place in Doncaster for 3 years, but the property is being sold. I'm studying full-time at Latrobe and a qualified teacher, teaching part-time at St Helena's SC. I have an adorable 4 y.o., fully trained, female, (inside) pug. I need to bring my own furniture and/or have a place to store it. I have everything, but can store unnecessary items. I'm not interested in typical "student accommodation" (4+ housemates), I prefer to share with 2-3 others. I'm quiet and spend most of my time working and studying, but I don't live/hide in my room. I'm easy going, like to have fun, am considerate and respectful. I'm tidy and always clean up after myself. If I find the right place I can move out as early as 26 Jan, or as late as 2 March 2019 (the later the better).
Hi, I'm Emma, 29 years old and working in Administration for an Architectural firm in the city. I'm an easy going, friendly person on the quieter side. I keep to myself a bit in a place but at the same time I do enjoy having a chat in the kitchen or watching something on TV together. I am a very neat and considerate housemate, and I pride myself on making sure I do my fair share around the house. I work regular full-time hours but am usually out more than 12 hours on weekdays and then on weekends it's a half half mix of being out socialising and having down time at home.
Hi, Im a 23 year old student at RMIT studying honours psych part-time. I work 5 days a week as a gaming attendant as well. I am a casual but my work is pretty reliable in giving me shifts and I have a steady income at this stage. I like to cook and bake and I keep my mess in my own space. I am mostly quiet and keep to myself. I would love to get a pet but obviously it is not a priority; If you have pets though I will love them like my own. I am reliable and I follow through on commitments. I'd love to find someone who I click with and have fun with to share a living space :)
Hey guys! I'm a 29 year old single female who works full time in customer service! I'm from Melbourne and when I'm not working I love to relax, catch up with friends or have the occasional wine/netflix night. I'm a busy girl and am only home 3-4 nights a week usually. I definitely like a clean house and am bubbly, fun and quite easy to get along with. I'm a pretty relaxed person and like to have my own space when I need it but always up for a chat or two. Especially if there's wine or chocolate involved haha! I'm a non smoker and mature. Definitely beyond the party scene so you won't have to worry about that! I've been living out of home for over 4 years now including two years living by myself so I'm pretty reliable/responsible and know how to manage myself. I'm looking for a new home that's not too hectic and am looking for a larger space/room, ideally with my own bathroom but happy to share if it's the right fit. Don't mind at all having a master bedroom if that's up for grabs! Hoping to move in by end of October 2018 at the latest. Negotiable with length of stay and amount of rent. Let me know if you think I'd be the right fit for you! :) Ann-Marie
Hey there! Looking for some similar people to live with in a sharehouse. Don't mind if a join a hood or we start a new one in a new house. Preferably would like to live with 2-3 others to be able to afford a decent place but not drain the bank. I'm Extremely clean. Easy to live with. Responsible. Have a good renting record. Work multiple jobs to support a decent income. Love socialising, music, drinks and hanging out. I own/operate a music mixing and mastering business so I'd require a room to live in but also another room to work from. Ideally, I'd love to find a place which had a granny flat (separate room away from the house) where I could do my work. Hit us up if you're interested!
Hi everyone :).. im moved to Melbourne from Adelaide a few years ago to study archaeology at La Trobe uni and im currently working part time in sales. I'm moving to Melbourne from the country next year to start my PHD. I'm somewhat of an introvert, but once I get to know people I'm up for a good chat. I like yoga and chilling out watching netflix. I love animals, so they would be a bonus!
**Not looking to move until early next year. We are an easy going couple looking for another friendly couple or person to find a 2/3 bedroom place to start a new sharehouse. As we both work full time, Luke in Signwriting and myself in Education (+study), during the week we are pretty low key. We like all the good stuff wine, Netflix, cooking, attempting to be fit and the occasional boardgame night. On the weekends we will be with friends, going for drinks, hiking and fun projects we can find around the home. We are looking for people who will be social, will want to eat, have a glass of wine or watch a tv show together. In saying this, we are also very considerate and respectable and like our own space too. Looking for people who are like-minded and like keeping their place clean. Message us if you are interested and we can go from there!
I am looking for 3 BEDROOMS, a whole house if available. I am a hard working Services Operations Manager in the engineering industry, a home body. My 2 daughters and l are very house proud, clean, very busy and quiet. We love to cook, and make our house a home. Our pet cat is a darling too, she is quiet, house-trained and friendly. We are looking for a whole property if possible.
Hello! I am a friendly and considerate 32yo, female. I do enjoy my personal time as well as sharing the occasional meal/cup of tea with my flatmates. I am often busy, and often smiling :D I like to have a quite cup of tea with some chocolate! And mostly cook vegetarian food, although I don't mind meat too much. I am currently working part-time as well as studying. I would like to live and contribute to a clean tidy home
I am a student at La trobe university, studying industrial engineering. I just finished my second semester. I'm originally from Bahrain, small country in the middle east. I mostly love long walks on the Beach or places where nature exist. I like to be healthy so i try to go to gym 3 times a week. I don’t smoke or drink and would prefer to live with someone that doesnt smoke as i can’t stand the smell. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. Mo
Hi there, We are 2 amazing friends looking for another person to join us. You’ll be sharing the house with Abhi and Mayur. We’ve recently moved back to Melbourne from India and Sydney. We like to cook quite often and can make a decent Asian/ Indian meal. We like to have our friends over for movies and quite a bit of FIFA. If your the sort of person who enjoys their music, coffee and some company we’d like to have you share the house with us.
I'm 26 years old and work as a registered nurse in a hospital in North East Melbourne. I plan to return to study at university part-time next year to continue my nursing education. I'm considerate of others in the house and like to live in a clean and tidy environment. I prefere to have a cleaning schedule in the house so the housework is shared among everyone. When I'm home sometimes I enjoy time to myself in my room and will read or watch tv shows on my laptop, other times I like to socialize with my housemates and hear about their day and watch tv, movies and share a meal/ or get some takeaway. I like to cook, go bike riding, walks and going to the gym.
We are quite busy people, studying full-time at La Trobe and working part-time. During the week we will be either at uni or work during the day and home at night. We're from a country town so often go home on the weekends to play sport and see family and friends. We consider ourselves to be quite chill and super tidy people however we love to be social too. Whether that be going out for dinner, beers and a bbq or letting our hair down at the end of the week and finding a cool bar. We also enjoy cooking a home cooked meal, watching netflix, going for a stroll and meeting new people.
Easy going, neat and tidy couple who value our friends and roommates. Love to cook and have a laugh. Not party people but enjoy a quiet drink at home from time to time.
Hi! I am Lou from Philippines and am currently working in a health institution in Heidelberg. I am neat and quiet, but can have a small talk with people. I prefer accommodation which is close to Hurstbridge trainline as much as possible. Thanks!
Have just finished studying Sound Production and work casually with a Record Label doing sound engineering and artist management. Alongside that I have 4 other part-time jobs; waitressing at a restaurant chain, supervising at a cinema chain, nannying a couple times a week and reception work at a psychology clinic. It's safe to say that I'm a busy bee but love my social life and downtime, you'll often find me heading out with friends or more often having friends over for a few drinks, binge watching tv shows or reading in the sun/next to a heater. I'm very easy going, extremely clean and tidy and respectful. One thing that should be very clearly noted is that I have two small dogs; a moodle (Maltese x toy poodle) named Suzie and a Maltese x Jack Russel named Lucy. They're super friendly and love a coudle; I am not expecting anyone to take on any responsibility whatsoever when it comes to looking after them, if you want to take them for walks and hang out with them though you're more than welcome to.
Hi, I'm Tan. Nice to meet you :) I'm a friendly, communicative person who loves a quiet but warm 'homely' home. I love nature so somewhere with some trees or close by to a park would be ideal for me. I'm looking for a bungalow, a self-contained space, or somewhere peaceful, as I'm working on a writing project and need to 'hear my own thoughts' as such! I work casually in disability arts, spending every odd-weekend away, and every month or two, I head up north to Queensland for a week or so. I'm very respectful towards shared living values, clean up after myself straight away and contribute keenly to the upkeep and proper care of a home. I have no issues with pulling my weight and with working together to manage the care of the home - it is something I value, so no, you won't have issues with me and house work! My hobbies are in watercolour painting, drawing, writing and low-key gardening. I'm also pretty independent so I will most certainly be available for a chat but generally, as a natural tendency, I can keep more or less to myself. Not looking for a party house. I'm a bit sensitive to cigarette smoke and chemicals generally, so smokers are fine but it would be preferable that I lived in a space where I'm not breathing in cigarette air directly. I would love to hear about you, answer any questions you have, and if you happen to have a place suitable for me, to come by and have a quick 'get to know you'. Looking for a place starting mid-December or mid-January but most certainly can consider a place earlier. Thank-you so much for your time. Tan.
