Been living in Auckland for the past year now coming back to Australia for university at RMIT; going into a BA of Photography. I'd say I'm a fairly chilled person. I also play the clarinet and have been for ten years, that'll be coming with me. I don't smoke or have any pets, just myself, clarinet and small collection of cameras. I am not the go out and party ever night kind, I'd rather say in or go out somewhere nice with a couple of friends. So I won't be throwing any huge parties. I am looking for a room in Melbourne with fantastic flatmates. Only visited Melbourne a few times so I don't know my way around but am ready for a new city and new people.
Great location next to gresswell wildlife reserve, 10 minute walk to Watsonia startion, about a 5 minute walk to the 566 bus to northland that stops near Latrobe university (Kingsbury McDonalds), 10 minute walk to the 513 bus towards greensborough or Glenroy & a 5 minute walk to the main shops. Property has a big back yard, garage, house will be furnished besides bedrooms, on property parking, BBQ and it's just been freshly painted. We are looking for housemates that are respectful, tidy, considerate and will make the home a great environment to be in.
Hello, I am looking for a place as a transition point into Melbourne. I have recently applied for mid-year University entrance and I am waiting for an acceptance letter from them. I am a quiet, clean person with a tendency to keep to myself. I enjoy reading, visiting the city and spending time on my computer. I have a cat that I would like to bring with me, however if that is a problem I can leave her behind.
The property is located in a nice quiet street and walking distance to super markets, shops and the train station. The house is newly renovated and is well looked after. There is lots of space in the 3 bedroom house so we never feel like we are living on top of one another.

My name is Ali, I'm 36 and a student. I'm currently obtaining my Diploma in Youth and Community Services. Although I'm not home most times, I do enjoy good company (I love to discuss any topic, controversial or otherwise), cooking and maintaining a light mood all around. Most of all, I take great pride in keeping my immediate living quarters clean and presentable. My current conundrum is that the house I live in will be up for sale and thus, I have to vacate no later than September. Hopefully I'll be in a new home by then :)

I may need to do some shift work later in the year but it won't be for more than a few weeks at a time. My hobbies are hiking, mountain biking and powerlifting, so generally that keeps me very busy over the weekends as well.

I tend to spend my weekends out of the house. I'm also working on a writing project, so looking for a generally quiet home - at least in the day time. Please feel free to ask any questions! Much appreciated. Best, Tan. + I LOVE kids but for now, am looking for a home with adults. + Also open to converting an old shed or bungalow into a liveable state! + Can consider longer term.
