I am a 38 year old mother of one, my daughter ( aged 12) comes on fortnights for three nights, but we are just happy to share a room, although two rooms would be a definite treat. We have a cat who are completely house trained and very friendly. She is indoor/outdoor but sleep inside with me at night. Although i will say im after a household without other pets, I’m willing to share with someone who has cats but not dogs. I am a burns survivor and i lost my hand in that accident, but that doesn’t stop me from most things. I’m an avid gardener and have a large collection of plants I tend to. I respect others privacy, always pay my rent have minimal furniture but am willing to get more. I have an excellent rental history, ive lived in disability housing and private rental for the last three years with rent paid fortnightly at both accomodations. I am a clean person, and would prefer others who clean up after themselves also, i am helpful but wont be anyones maid. Got a question please ask.
