Hey there! Looking for some similar people to live with in a sharehouse. Don't mind if a join a hood or we start a new one in a new house. Preferably would like to live with 2-3 others to be able to afford a decent place but not drain the bank. I'm Extremely clean. Easy to live with. Responsible. Have a good renting record. Work multiple jobs to support a decent income. Love socialising, music, drinks and hanging out. I own/operate a music mixing and mastering business so I'd require a room to live in but also another room to work from. Ideally, I'd love to find a place which had a granny flat (separate room away from the house) where I could do my work. Hit us up if you're interested!
Hi, Im a 23 year old student at RMIT studying honours psych part-time. I work 5 days a week as a gaming attendant as well. I am a casual but my work is pretty reliable in giving me shifts and I have a steady income at this stage. I like to cook and bake and I keep my mess in my own space. I am mostly quiet and keep to myself. I would love to get a pet but obviously it is not a priority; If you have pets though I will love them like my own. I am reliable and I follow through on commitments. I'd love to find someone who I click with and have fun with to share a living space :)
I’m a quiet person that likes space. I will be studying full time as well as working casually so having quiet time when coming home will be important to me but I’m also up for a chat now and again. I’m a tidy person who likes to keep my things organised so you won’t have any issues with mess. I’m a gamer studying game design so I’ll probably spend the majority of my time on my PS4 or trying to make my own games. I do have a girlsfriend but I don’t live with her so she may come over sometimes but she’s very respectful as she has lived independently for a while.
Hello, I am looking for a place in Melbourne near to public transport, as I am currently attending Latrobe University. I am a quiet, clean person with a tendency to keep to myself. I enjoy reading, visiting the city and spending time on my computer. I do have a cat, which I will need to bring with me, however, she is very quiet and generally lives in my room.
Hi There :-) We are a friendly group of 4 mates that are studying the same Master Degree at La Trobe University together. The group is comprised of three international students and the oldest fellow, who could potentially act as a lead tenant if required, would be myself, Rob, a South African born, previously West Oz-based & Perth-raised only child with multiple excellent recent rental references. Parents are now in NSW, so I make a few 9 hour dashes between Melbs and their place a few times a year. Rental references are available upon request and they will be a female roommate/head tenant in Sydney (8 month stay) and also 2 housemates, each who owned the property, which were both in Melbs (7 month stay in South Yarra and most recently a 6 month stay in Macleod) . There is only need for one car space off-street as only one of the team has a car. However, if street parking is the only option and your place hits the spot, we will take it! :) We are all very polite, respectful, responsible, quiet and clean males. None with partners and a mix of those that enjoy a quiet alcoholic beverage occasionally and those that prefer not to drink booze at all. So we are definitely not a party house or going to ever come close to even evolving into one. We have far too many excessively demanding assignments to engage in extra-curricular party-orientated activities! The cost of university is an enormous hindrance too...so expenditure is reserved for essential items of need only usually :-) We are also pet friendly, with a massive preference for dogs, if there are pets that need to be looked after some days/weeks or are living at the property already or need to be living there :-p please let us know :-) some of us have had many pets and look forward to more.... All good if there is a bit of a garden too, we will be happy to get outside, away from assignments and have a well-needed break maintaining or working on whatever needs doing. Some of us are pretty handy around the house too, so will be happy to assist in any home hardware situations that require the helping hand of one or a few blokes. In addition to the above, we all have a diverse range of interests, from sport to movies to travel to cultures to nature to technology :-) Our conversations get quite interesting sometimes...and confusing haha Move date is flexible too (as is budget and length of stay), we just pushed the date out, to an optimal date to allow us to settle in and prepare for the start of Semester 1 2019. An inspection or coffee or quick g'day would be fantastic if you have a place around La Trobe and think that we could potentially be a good fit. We won't have all four of us come visit on the first meeting, unless you want that of course. Alternatively, just myself and one of the other prospective tenants can come for the first inspection if that suits you...or just propose a plan and we will be there :-) Look forward to hearing from you soon hopefully ;-) Any questions, just shoot them through on here or text/whatsapp.... Take care,
Hi everyone :).. im moved to Melbourne from Adelaide a few years ago to study archaeology at La Trobe uni and im currently working part time in sales. I am a fairly tidy and organised person who would love to find others to live with who i can get on well with and interact with as room mates, but also have space to do our own thing. Im always up for a chat and to have fun doing whatever, possibly watching a movie or having a drink or two and im very friendly and easy going.. so if this sounds like you or someone you would like to live with then send me a message :)
Hi, I'm Emma, 29 years old and working in Administration for an Architectural firm in the city. I'm an easy going, friendly person on the quieter side. I keep to myself a bit in a place but at the same time I do enjoy having a chat in the kitchen or watching something on TV together. I am a very neat and considerate housemate, and I pride myself on making sure I do my fair share around the house. I work regular full-time hours but am usually out more than 12 hours on weekdays and then on weekends it's a half half mix of being out socialising and having down time at home.
Hello everyone! I’m looking for new accomodation, I’m just a regular person. Work full time in the city and pretty long hours. I’m very tidy, will never leave dishes and will always be respectful and non invasive. I’m friendly and will always socialise but mostly i’d keep to myself. I stay at my partners 90% of weekends and will be home about 2/3 nights a week on most occasions to which my partner would probably stay after work. Happy to pay my way with that. I’m looking for somewhere that’s a home, not just a room in a house. Anyway that’s me :)
Hey guys! I'm a 29 year old single female who works full time in customer service! I'm from Melbourne and when I'm not working I love to relax, catch up with friends or have the occasional wine/netflix night. I'm a busy girl and am only home 3-4 nights a week usually. I definitely like a clean house and am bubbly, fun and quite easy to get along with. I'm a pretty relaxed person and like to have my own space when I need it but always up for a chat or two. Especially if there's wine or chocolate involved haha! I'm a non smoker and mature. Definitely beyond the party scene so you won't have to worry about that! I've been living out of home for over 4 years now including two years living by myself so I'm pretty reliable/responsible and know how to manage myself. I'm looking for a new home that's not too hectic and am looking for a larger space/room, ideally with my own bathroom but happy to share if it's the right fit. Don't mind at all having a master bedroom if that's up for grabs! Hoping to move in by end of October 2018 at the latest. Negotiable with length of stay and amount of rent. Let me know if you think I'd be the right fit for you! :) Ann-Marie
Hi guys, I’m looking for a new home! I’m Sara, 27 year old Maths Teacher in the Northern suburbs. I’m social and down to earth, always making sure I’m tidy and respectful of others peoples spaces. I’m usually pretty busy through the week so enjoy relaxing with Netflix, cooking and reading. On the weekend I love a smashed avo and a few drinks in the sun!
Gemma and I (Sam), are both students aged 21. Currently we are looking for a place to stay just for our last years of Uni. We are very relaxed and easy going people, and tend to get along with everyone. We are also very clean and tidy and make sure we are respectful of everyone's boundaries. We also have a gorgeous Australian Shepherd called Poppy, we are hoping to have her with us in the rental but she can stay with family if it wont work for you. :)
I am working 25-30 hours a week in hospitality, whilst studying social work part-time at La Trobe. Looking to move out in the next few weeks or early 2019. I have a cocker spaniel whom will be moving out with me.
I'm a country girl from South Australia and have been living at my current place in Doncaster for 3 years, but the property is being sold. I'm studying full-time at Latrobe and a qualified teacher, teaching part-time at St Helena's SC. I have an adorable 4 y.o., fully trained, female, (inside) pug. I need to bring my own furniture and/or have a place to store it. I have everything, but can store unnecessary items. I'm not interested in typical "student accommodation" (4+ housemates), I prefer to share with 2-3 others. I'm quiet and spend most of my time working and studying, but I don't live/hide in my room. I'm easy going, like to have fun, am considerate and respectful. I'm tidy and always clean up after myself. If I find the right place I can move out as early as 26 Jan, or as late as 2 March 2019 (the later the better).
I'm Mel! I have spent the last 4 years in university studying social work and am about to wrap up my studies at the end of October. I am working casually at the moment and will be focusing on working more once my studies wrap up. I am looking to move out anytime from early November and I would like to stay somewhere for a MIN of 6 months but flexible with anything beyond 6 months. I would like my own bathroom (not shared) or ensuite. I like to keep things pretty neat and tidy. I am bubbly and outgoing but also very down-to-earth so I like to have a chat here and there but I also like my downtime as well :) Some of my interests are shopping, watching TV and cooking. I don't have any pets but I love animals so if you have pets, I'm not fussed at all!
