Hi, I'm 45 and my partner is 46yrs old. We both are self employed me as a counsellor & my partner works in asbestos removal.
We are quite, private people who are looking for clean, stable, private accommodation for approximately 12 to 14 months.
We have no pets but we do smoke cigarettes although we are quite used to smoking outside as I do not like the space I live in to smell of tabacco, so this really is a mute point.
Ideally we are looking for an entire apartment, granny flat or studio apartment that is close to public transport.
