I’m a General Manager, full time working professional, looking for a private rental to treat like my own home. Based in St Marys however I am always out in the field doing site visits around Sydney so living location is flexible for me, however I am trying to find something close to my office. Happy to lease the property for 6 months to start off with. If things align then we can discuss 12 months. I am after a property that is nice and decent, I can also help with yard maintenance if needed. Working 7am - 5pm Monday to Friday. I am very respectful, considerate, tidy and mindful of others. I can pay my own way no problem, I can also supply references if requested. I have my 4y old daughter every second weekend, so looking for a nice place with our own space, my wknds off consistent of either relaxing, having fun at the park, taking her to the swimming pool or movies at home, sometimes even a little bit of work. I am not into partying, for me it’s work, chase my personal goals, get to the gym when I get the time, and really live a simple life. I am a social person who gets along with others however I feel it’s just easier to have my own space due to working big hours and getting my princess every 2nd weekend.
