This house is a beautiful old house with a large backyard and multiple fruit trees and a veggie garden. We have ducted air conditioning throughout the bedrooms. Our house is close to lots of cafes, restaurants, and shopping centres and it is on the train line, which means only a 5 minute trip to the CBD. We are also on one of the best bikeways in Adelaide and only takes us 15 minutes to ride into the city.

Our house is an old character home with a modern twist. We have done some renovations to it and take great pride in the progress of the house. The room for rent is a spacious room at the front of the house. It is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, two wardrobes and a desk. The dining area and kitchen are an open space plan and the lounge room is seperate and has a pot belly fire place, which is really cosy in the winter. The kitchen has modern appliances, including a large fridge, an espresso machine and is fully stocked with all your cooking utensils, which we are more than happy to share. We have a pool and BBQ area in the back which is great for chilling out in and entertaining friends during summer. There is a fire pit too for having a fire and wine in the winter.
Chris and I have been close like brothers for around 18 years. We are both in hospitality and at the same restaurant, Chris is a chef and i am a kitchen hand working full time. Funny, caring, easy to get along with, outgoing, spontaneous and adventurous would best describe each of us which results in our spare time ever being boring or without something fun to do. *pets must be allowed* Hey I’m Maddy :) I turn 17 next April, and I have been living independently since June 2017. I have been in multiple share homes, student accommodation and friends houses. I recieve I come every fortnight, which comes to a total of $450.60, and I am also eligible for rent assistance (depending on the amount your rent is). I am currently looking for part time work, as I recently resigned from my job because I moved house. I make enough income to be stable and afford rent/bond and other utilities. Recently, I found 2 kittens abandoned on the side of the road. I’ve had them vaccinated and wormed, and I have now adopted them. They are 12 weeks old, and their names and Leo and Nala. They are toilet trained, well behaved and they are almost always asleep and will sleep anywhere. They are very affectionate and good with other animals if you give them an hour or so to meet with your pets. In the past, I have been rejected most accomodation because of my age, but I can assure you that I am perfectly suitable to a house hold. I am responsible, reliable, trustworthy and clean :) and I manage my money well. I spend most of my weekdays out of the house, and occasionally spend weekends away.
