Hard working student. Pretty much busy with studies and work all week. Looking for a place that's nice and relaxed. I enjoy heading out on the weekend for a few drinks. I'm very tidy and always clean up after myself as I go along. I'd prefer to live in a house with no more than 4 housemates. I love dogs so if you have a dog that's a bonus. I love music, soccer, cricket and travelling around South Australia exploring new places.
Hey I'm looking for a chilled, comfortable place to move In to. I am in my late 20's and work full time in construction. I like scuba diving, going riding on my motorbike and hanging out with my mates whenever I get the chance. I'm not looking for a party house but wouldn't mind living with someone I can hang out with.
Lived in share houses for many years, work full time and volunteer the rest of my time into Ice Hockey in various roles. Generally keep to myself at home, when I am home, but I am happy to be social from time to time. Clean and tidy most of the time. Looking to move to a better location than current, prefer to live with only 1 other person max.
30 years Italian girl in a working holiday visa. I usually work full time in the morning. Love going to the beach, cooking, animals, sports and Latin dance. I'm very quiet and clean when I'm at home but I love to create a family atmosphere with my flatmates.

A beautiful, newly renovated and painted 2 bedroom place in the quiet suburb of West Croydon. Close to Queen Street and Rosetta Street shops and cafes, it is an ideal location. The property has everything you can ask for, air conditioning, your own private bathroom, appliances, furniture, unlimited internet (including netflix and stan), and a large courtyard to relax in on warm nights. The bedroom is a good size (3.6m x 3.3m), and if need be, I can organise for it to be furnished or partially furnished (or not!) to suit your needs. All other household items are already available, including washer, dryer, fridge, lounge room etc. Cost of bills included in the rent: electricity and gas (approximated, but if bill is higher, then price adjusted accordingly), unlimited internet (including netflix and stan), and water. You must love dogs, because I have a golden retriever (Nym) who would love to meet you!!
Perfect for work placement, traveller and / or professional for short or longer term stay. The house and room are fully furnished. The bungalow has three bedrooms, is spacious and is extremely well maintained. The garden has a healthy array of fruit, herbs and vegetables as well as a native garden. A public park with tennis and basketball courts is a few steps from the house and public transport is only a short walk away. A train to the CBD takes 10 minutes. Cafes, shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. The double room is furnished with a new double bed and good quality mattress, chest of drawers, clothes rack and lamp. Linen is available if needed and the kitchen is fully equipped with an abundance of appliances including water filter (alkaline water), juicer, blenders, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, coffee machine and pretty much all you need. I work as a secondary drama teacher and am generally pretty busy with work and personal interests. It's important to me to share the space with others who also value cleanliness and an harmonious environment. The house is set up to enjoy with others. while providing plenty of room to relax and have privacy if desired. There are two bathrooms, so apart from guests who visit the house, you will largely have your own bathroom and toilet.
$120 per week rent + $30 per week which includes... -Rent -electricity -water -gas -internet(unlimited) -cleaner(fortnightly in common areas) -lawn mowing So full rent + bills is $150 per week. The room is about 16m2 with high ceilings and unfurnished. The house is a Californian bungalow so all the bedrooms are fairly spacious with high ceilings. - 4 bedrooms plus rumpus room - large lounge dining area - shed - 2x outdoor areas - carport - 1 bathroom(with a separate toilet). - Ducted evaporative air con in bedrooms - R/C wall unit in lounge/dining - 5 min walk to Kilkenny train station, - Close to Arndale and Welland Plaza - 15 min from City - 20 min from Semaphore Not entirely sure when the room will be available but should be early March.
Hello, I'm moving to Australia on 12th Feb 2018 and is searching for a nice place to stay near University of South Australia CBD. I don't mind sharing the place with other mates too. I am very friendly and can adjust to a new surroundings pretty quick. Have experienced hostel life before so can adjust with the flatmates too. Cheers!
I'm Maz local citizen living in Sydney from last 4 year. I lived at GoldCoast , Brisbane and few weeks in Melbourne. I worked in E-commerce and DropShipping Business . I did plenty of travel here and there around the country. I travel overseas in my holidays. Now this FEB i am planning to do something new in my field. I am moving to new place to start study (Graphic Design) .I'll keep to myself or I can be your best friend, whatever works. I always say " FIND YOUR TRIBE " & life will be more cool. I am Truely a Minimalist . Normally when i am working get home around 6pm and head to the gym after work. Like to keep busy on weekends then do the occasional Netflix binge when I am not. I am into my tunes (mainly the triple J variety) . I like sociable housemates who don't hide in their room. Always good to have a company when watching sports and going through movies/Netflix. Personal space is obviously pretty important too. I am on Intermittent Fasting (IF 23:1 OMAD ) routine from last 1.5 years however I really like to cook sometimes for friends. Shoot me any questions if you have them. I am looking for Long Term place for 9 or 11 months. I am quite reserved, easy going, respectful and tidy. Preferably looking to share with just one other but open to sharing with two in the right circumstances. I won't know any one in this city so I'm excited to meet some new people. I'm punctual with the payments, relaxed, easy going and likes to keep things clean and tidy. I have good rental history , previous owners references will be provided on demand . I always pay on time . Looking to share with someone Fun and like-minded! :) Thank you Maz
Quiet but friendly Easygoing Keep to myself and on the odd occasion will be with my 9 year old son. I usually work but currently unemployed. Became redundant after Christmas 2017. I don't make a mess and I clean up after myself
Hi I’m Georgia, 23, I work full time in Early Childhood. I enjoy the gym, netball and socialising! I’m neat and tidy - enjoy my own space but I’ll never say no to a glass of wine and a chat! My lease is up in April so starting to look for a new place!
Hi, Im 22 currently recording music and spending my time painting or skateboarding. I have 2 beautiful cats who you'll love, Astro (momma) and Panda . I have plans to travel this year - Japan in mid March, then New Zealand and the USA. In july I am beginning a bachelor's in visual arts as a stepping stone on working my way to a degree in colour and play therapy. Apart from the two cats I have just a few crates with records and equipment stored, a few guitars and house plants. Ready to go immediately. Kitchenware of my own etc looking for somewhere I can get cosy and settle in. Thanks so much :)
I'm very clean and organised. I dislike messy houses. I like to be low key but enjoy being social on special occasions & sometimes on weekends. I work full time in the city at a 5 star hotel as a barista, 6am - 4pm / 5 days a week. I go to gym most days when I finish my shift & train for competetive soccer 3 nights a week. I also do a lot of writing and drawing. Im positive, i have a good sense of humour and don't take life too seriously!
I work in hospitality which is upbeat& social so I can be a bit of an introvert outside of work. Much more of an old soul than a hipster. A fan of a cookup, glass of wine or two and a chat but am not interested in an over the top party house. Would like to live without drama with people who understand what it is to be friendly, relaxed, inclusive and can have a laugh in communal areas but also respect eachothers space. I do come with two 5month old kittens that are indoor/ outdoor, very cheeky, smoochy and great for a laugh. House trained, desexed, flea&worm treated.. you get it, responsible pet owner. Hope to hear from you if you think we'd be a good fit for your humble abode <3
