Hey my name's Jerome and I've just recently moved to Perth from NZ and looking for a short/long term rental. I'm 27 and have had heaps of flatting experience in Wellington so I understand and value the importance of keeping a clean and tidy living space especially in common areas and being respectful of others and their lifestyles. I generally am a bit introverted but moving to a new city I'm looking to meet some new people so im pretty flexible with whatever lifestyles flatmates are looking for. My hobbies include bouldering, music, playing guitar, watching movies or chilling at the beach. Currently I'm looking for a job in landscape gardening which I've been doing for the past 2 years though I also have extensive experience in hospo so I don't think finding something should be difficult. However in any case I've set myself up so I'm financially sound for the first two months of living in Perth. I'm pretty flexible on suburbs to live in though would prefer north of the CBD or close to the beach ideally.
