Also value a tidy and relaxed home environment and have plenty experience living in sharehouses. A home with either a nice outdoor space or walking distance to the beach would be a big plus! Love pets especially dogs, unfortunately have some mild allergies to cats so will avoid homes with them. Am very flexible on timing too, am not in a rush to move. Prefer long term arrangements, 4-6 months is probably the minimum I’d go for. Need parking on verge, quiet street reliable or off street. Could do furnished or unfurnished.
