Hi. I am 30y/o female. nursing student looking to find a place to stay at while I'm on placement. I own a home far from city. I also work part time in aged care but I will be on leave during my placements. I have a car so need to have parking. I am financially, emotionally, physically, and other allys--- stable 😆 I only intend to stay from Aug 17-Sept 8. Planning to only bring what I will need for 3 weeks. Clothes, toiletries, and some house stuff if needed. Think of me as a paying passer-by, or a place holder while you find your long term housemate 😆 I am outgoing and a social person but during placements, I doubt I would be able to socialise much as shifts at hospitals are very tiring. So I would probably stay in the room most of the times, sleeping 😅. I consider myself as an organised person. Open minded. LGBTQ+ ally. Respectful. Chill. And have mastered the art of letting go and not caring much 😆. I like: cats Plants (Maybe I can fix your dying plant) Napping Movies Night outs I dont like: Cooking I need: Secured room where my belongings and I are safe Clean room and bathroom to use Respectful housemates Quiet place (at night), as I am a very light sleeper. I wake up very easily from noises. I have ways to block the noise tho. Just please no to constant barking, or partying noises at sleeping hours.

The last 4 years since relocating from the country where I grew up, I’ve been living in Werribee and now on the hunt to begin my next adventure that I’m searching for over in the Ascot Vale area, as I have become infatuated by its character and charm! My work is partially in Ascot Vale and over this way in Point Cook. have transitioned from the admin life after 10 years into working as a liquor store attendant which I’m thriving, hoping to gain new experiences and job opportunities along my way such as some bar tending. The sense of coming home 🏡 after a busy day feeling a sense of comfortable the paradise! Enjoy my own company and extremely mindful of being respectful in all counts of others (property, items and presence ect). Not into partying the nights away in a club, the gym is also a second home to me (and my therapy 🤣). The enjoyment I have for cleaning is probably more of an addiction to others, though it’s fulfilling to me. It balances me if my ‘sanctity’ is tidy! Living within shared accommodation at present with a lovely housemate, who I’m sure would be more than happy to provide a reference. This is my second share house I’ve called home (another reference from the 3 years I lived with him in the country as well). A private room preferably with a bed if possible, I have some items of furniture but not an extreme load of stuff. Reliant on public transport as my method of transport at present, so the location is important that is easily accessible (preferably to a train station) Not fussed on bills included/excluded in rent at this stage hoping to find something around the $250 I am comfortable to pay (currently paying $210 excl. bills).
