I'd prefer to live with another working professional, ideally 2 other housemates max. I'm a pretty quiet chick and home is haven to me so I keep things pretty clean and I'm not rowdy. I rarely have people over, but who knows if that will or won't change when I move :) Life is overall pretty dead in Adelaide Currently have a year's worth of rent, and would be interested in paying monthly. Bills included ideal, but happy to split. Have been share renting for around 8 years or so, used to keeping to cleaning schedules and other things like that, that people do in share houses. When I'm home I'm either cooking, eating, sleeping and just hanging out in my room reading or doom scrolling. Heya, I’m Nicole! The last 4 years since relocating from the country where I grew up, I’ve been living in Werribee and now on the hunt to begin my next adventure that I’m searching for over in the Ascot Vale area, as I have become infatuated by its character and charm! My work is partially in Ascot Vale and over this way in Point Cook. have transitioned from the admin life after 10 years into working as a liquor store attendant which I’m thriving, hoping to gain new experiences and job opportunities along my way such as some bar tending. The sense of coming home 🏡 after a busy day feeling a sense of comfortable the paradise! Enjoy my own company and extremely mindful of being respectful in all counts of others (property, items and presence ect). Not into partying the nights away in a club, the gym is also a second home to me (and my therapy 🤣). The enjoyment I have for cleaning is probably more of an addiction to others, though it’s fulfilling to me. It balances me if my ‘sanctity’ is tidy! Living within shared accommodation at present with a lovely housemate, who I’m sure would be more than happy to provide a reference. This is my second share house I’ve called home (another reference from the 3 years I lived with him in the country as well). A private room preferably with a bed if possible, I have some items of furniture but not an extreme load of stuff. Reliant on public transport as my method of transport at present, so the location is important that is easily accessible (preferably to a train station) Not fussed on bills included/excluded in rent at this stage hoping to find something around the $250 I am comfortable to pay (currently paying $210 excl. bills). Looking to move around end of April / early May as I’ll need to provide 30 days notice to my current Flatmate.
