    $300/week23 year old man

Hellooo and nice to meet you! I’m the one in the middle of my PP. Bit about me: I’d like to think I’m an easy going and comfortable person to live with and be around. I’m a bit of an introvert, but don’t mind getting out enjoying myself with others. I’m very clean and tidy, and I like to keep everything in its own little spot, so having to worry about if I’ll be a mess isn’t something you need to think about. I’m also quite considerate when it comes to picking up chores and work that need to be done around the house. I love getting out and being active, whether it be going out for a coffee, going for a run, doing a bit of a workout, or running some daily errands. Employment & finances: I’m employed as a disability support worker and have been doing it for a number of months now. I really enjoy supporting and being there for people who may otherwise have a difficult time by themselves. I’m currently studying a couple real estate courses, and I’m also looking for employment closer to the city. I have a comfortable amount saved up, so I won’t be asking anyone for any favours. Current and past living situation: I’m originally from Leongatha, in south Gippsland. I’m currently living in Mornington with my very oversized family. They are moving soon and unfortunately won’t have any space for me to shift with them. I’ve decided to move to the city for it’s accessibility to everything. Hope to hear from whoever very soon! Oscar :)

    $225/week28 year old woman

Hi there, My name is Paige James, and I’m currently looking for a peaceful and welcoming 2 or 3 bedroom home to share with one or two other people. My budget for rent per week is $225, so I’m hoping with one or two other people contributing to rent, we’ll be able to afford a place that costs $450-$675 per week respectively, assuming we can all afford to pay up to $225 per week on rent alone. I’m 28 year old woman and am studying full-time at RMIT, working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design. Outside of my studies, I’m in the process of finding part-time work as a medical receptionist. As a housemate, I’m quiet, clean, and considerate. I genuinely enjoy creating a calm and tidy environment and always make sure to clean up after myself. I value mutual respect and clear communication in shared spaces. I live a pretty low-key lifestyle—no smoking, very minimal drinking, and while I don’t have pets, I do have a small collection of indoor plants (just three!) that I love caring for. They’re a little ritual of mindfulness in my day. In my free time, you’ll usually find me practicing yoga, meditating, or heading out for a walk in nature. I love the idea of a home feeling like a sanctuary. I’d also be happy to share a meal now and then, though I usually prep food ahead of time during busy weeks. If you’re looking for a grounded, respectful, and easygoing person to share your space with, I’d love to connect and see if we might be a good fit. The areas I’m looking to live in include but are not limited to West and North Melbourne, Footscray, West Footscray, Carlton, Parkville, Coburg, Preston, Richmond, Cremorne, Prahran, Southbank, Docklands, St. Kilda, Kensington, Flemington, Ascot Vale, Moonee Ponds, Brunswick, Essendon, Maribyrnong, Maidstone, Avondale Heights, Sunshine, and St. Albans and all surrounding suburbs. I’d like to live in either an apartment, a townhouse, a unit, or a free-standing house. Thanks so much for reading—I hope to hear from you soon! Warmly, Paige James
