Hi im David, and ive just recently moved into an awesome and modern home. The house is with in the heights development in pimpama. Im a casual sort of guy, with a great sense of humor, and is fun to be around. The house has heaps of storage, with air-con in the living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Kitchen has a modern gas top and electric overs and is a wonder to cook in. There is a large bathroom on the second floor (that would be yours) and has a big bath and shower. The vacant room overlooks the park and The third room is a study. The outdoor area looks out to the park that makes up the development and is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors while close to the living and kitchen areas. There is off street parking available by a double car garage. There is nbn fibre to the premise, so I have no trouble with fast broadband.so great if you are a Netflix fan or into gaming. And also have Foxtel installed.

we live in a quiet area good neighbors , close to pimpama city development close to bus rout . fans in all rooms , balcony off room built in wardrobes air con in main living area, dish washer small yard little maintenance , clean honest . a little cluttered but easy fix. if wish rental history you can be put onto lease. its three lvls , bottom garage laundry middle lounge kitchen bedroom top two bedrooms bathrooms a lock up area next to garage is cloths line and water tank , a mate has stored his motor bike there with out issues. I potentially have 2 rooms available depending on the lenght of stay, fort short term I offer a room with fan and own bathroom which will be shared with my daughter when she stays. For long term I offer you the main bedroom with own en-suite but would have to go on as a approved tenant through Nras. It also has own fan and close to the front door. The house boasts plenty of room with 2 living areas which one is set up for movies with recliners and surround sound the other is the main area with all my daughters toys which has air con. The kitchen comes plentiful of cooking utensils and utilities including dishwasher. Outside has a outdoor entertainment area undercover. There is plenty of off street parking and space if you wish to keep to yourself but must be fairly child friendly as when my daughter is over it also becomes her home though we are close and tend to do our own thing.
