I'm an easy going but responsible and tidy guy from New Zealand who's been in Fitzroy and truly loves it here - the social scene and gardens. I currently work full time but just accepted a job offer at a new tailoring firm starting October 7th (yeah it's a lot all at once). I enjoy cooking and baking, crafting things by hand, ideally there's a garden we can team-up on and spending quality time with housemates to make it feel like a home. I'm mature, reponsible and understand the difference between just sharing accommodation versus creating a genuine living community - emphasizing warmth, collaboration, and care for one another. With clear and respectful conversation styles I'm social but soft spoken - so happy to do group things but can keep to myself. A good balance of space and togetherness in a place is my ideal situation. I'm looking for something long-term. I smoke either outside or off premises. Love all pets by the way will try not to steal all their affection but 100 percent will be a good person to ask to babysit if it's needed.
