Hi everyone, I'm Jason — a 23-year-old international student from mainland China currently studying at UNSW. I'm looking for a place to live and hoping to find a roommate I can get along well with.
About me, I enjoy bodybuilding and running. I value personal privacy and prefer to manage my time and lifestyle independently. I don’t smoke or drink, and I maintain a clean and tidy living environment. During my studies abroad, my living expenses are fully supported by my parents, providing a stable financial situation. I’m committed to paying rent on time.
About the apartment, I prefer a clean and quiet living environment, and I’d like to have a private bedroom. It's important that the apartment includes a kitchen for cooking and that the bedroom has air conditioning. Ideally, it would be best if the rooms are well-separated and have good soundproofing to ensure privacy and comfort.
About roommates, Gender doesn’t matter to me, but I personally prefer not to share an apartment with gay male roommates. Of course, I respect everyone's choices and beliefs. I value timely payment of rent and believe in respecting boundaries and personal privacy. You're free to do whatever you like, as long as it doesn't damage the property or disturb me. Lastly, I hope we can communicate openly about any concerns related to the apartment or issues between us.
