I am a university student doing my bachelor's degree.
I pay attention to hygiene, so I prefer having a similar type of flatmate.
I love a clean, bright (natural sunlight exposure) and cozy home.
I am typically a quiet person and love my personal space,
but I can socialize and be flexible because some people are great to talk to.

Things I consider before renting a room:
- Bedroom with its own bathroom, lots of natural sunlight
- Fully furnished
- Access to public transport (especially train/light rail)
- Woolies/Coles, restaurants or cafes are nearby
- All bills included
- Washing machine & dryer in one place (I like convenience)
- Less than or 2 people in the unit (not 3, 4 but 2)
