Great property. Located in the quaint little town of Richmond. Plenty of shops and cafes down the road. 10 min drive to Sorell, 20 min drive to Hobart. There is also a bus stop out the front of the property. There are 2 rooms available, so you could have a second room for storage/your own hobby room. Large back yard and shed. Bills will be shared equally. No internet connection yet, but nbn has finally been installed in this area so we could set one up :) Semi-furnished, fridge washing machine sofa and dining table all set up, just bring furnishings for your room (bed ect).
Easy going, gsoh, clean, tidy, quiet. Moving back to Hobart after living in Brisbane for years and hope to get a truck driving job based in Brighton. Meticulous in paying bills and rent always comes first. Ride a 900cc motorcycle along with a car so tend to keep active on the weekends and certainly not a couch potato. Would prefer to share with a mature female. Happy to do my share and more about the house, handy at fixing most things. .
I have been studying at UTAS and soon will graduate. I am quiet, clean, friendly. I have been living in shared houses in the past two years and never had problems with any house mates.
The house is across the road from the beach, 5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the city of Hobart. Public transport is available. It is close to shopping centres, great outdoors scenery, walks, restaurants, a resort, etc. It's a peaceful and quiet place and the house has a lovely courtyard and garden with fruit trees and berry fruits, grape vines, etc. There is abundant wildlife, water and recreational pursuit opportunities. Bills (unlimited broadband and electricity) are included. 2 rooms are available short term 2-6 weeks. Rooms are comfortable and private.
Master bedroom with small ensuite. $200 for a couple. Has a spa but not in use. Hand held shower in ensuite or you can use the main one. Very large walk in wardrobe with cube shelves. Room opens onto deck. You dont even have to go through the house. Very close to beach, shop and bus stop.

Newly built house in a quiet part of Claremont. You will have your own bathroom and most of the house is furnished except your room. The block behind us is still vacant so it is rather quiet.Great view of the Dewent and Bowen Bridge. You also have the sunny side of the house and your own built in wardrobe. This is no party house but won't mind having the occasional BBQ or games night. House is connected to NBN. Internet and various other bills is spilt evenly. (Except rates, etc.) Still needing to fix my fence and eventually work on my landscaping/garden if you'd like to help :) Once the fence is up will look into getting a dog at some stage but for now I'll enjoy the company of the Wallabies. Prefer non couples.

Hello hello! I'm Sam, 29 yr old male currently working and studying. I'm easy going, neat, friendly, chatty, clean and courteous and love to cook! When I don't have my head in the books, I love to get out and about surfing or camping or road tripping 😊 If there's anything else you'd like to know, please don't hesitate to ask 😊
I'm a student studying graphic design in Hobart and working part time in retail. I have two super friendly cats that are mainly inside (toilet trained) but happy to make them outside cats if need be. Looking for a place with house mates that are also fairly tidy, laid back and easy to get along with and that are also up for the occasional drink or two! My rent runs out 22 March.
Hi! My names Cassie, I am 26 years old, studying teaching at Utas and I work casually in a coffee shop in Hobart CBD. My partner James is 29, studying Surveying at UTAS and works casually as a pizza cook. We have a medium sized dog called Boston, he is a Jack Russell X and the friendly-est dog ever, gets along with dogs and children, has lived with a cat before also fine :) Looking for somewhere nice and quiet to be able to throw ourselves into our studies, we have a quiet life with no wild nights out or troves of friends to bring round. Just want to get settled somewhere for as long as we can, had a terrible run of rentals and moving around in the past 12 months.
I am a warm and friendly young man with an infectious positive attitude! I love to meet new people and enjoy conversing about anything! For fun I go to the gym, I'm a wanna be natural body builder with some big goals! I'm moving to Hobart to start a fresh and find new friends and like minded people with goals and plans like mine. I enjoy seshing my PS4 and listening to all types of music. I don't have any pets but I would happily live with them and enjoy their company.
Hi all, I'm looking to house share as I'm moving down from QLD shortly. I work in community services and am an outgoing and open minded person. I really like to have a laugh so I would need to live with somebody who is the same. I'm easy to live with, and am respectful of other peoples space. In my spare time I like to get out and go for coffee/ wine/ food and more food, outdoor pursuits and am pretty active-yoga, walking etc. I love anything to do with art and always have some random project on the go. I also have a cat Rupert-he's a champ and totally toilet trained-he likes to lurk outside most of the time.
