Murray
$300/week•38 year old man
My names Murray and I’m a 38 year old male looking to rent a room. I’ll be working for the next 6 months in the Port of Brisbane, so a room in the Wynnum Manly area would be ideal. I’m currently away in Darwin working until the start of August. Please message if you think I’d be the right fit.

Hello, PLEASE READ FULL BIO AND ACTUALLY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO GET BACK TO ME AND REPLY EVEN IF WE ARE NOT THE RIGHT FIT ! GOOD COMMUNICATORS ONLY !!!! Looking for a place has become super draining hence the massive bio sorry but Im over people wasting my time and stuffing me around . I think people also forget to realise how exhausting it can be to actually put yourself out there and have a chat with so please communicate with me or do not bother reaching out to begin with thanks! I am looking for a unfurnished and or furnished room in south side suburbs preferably or bayside , Sublet fine too provided there is security over my bond. Prefer my own ensuite and or bathroom if possible . Having a split system aircon in my room or ducted ac is absolutely essential for me . Prefer a pool to if possible going into the warmer months but pool is flexible . I am in my late 20s, single, no pets, non-smoker and rarely drink but still may go out every now and then for some days / nights out etc possibly . Aside of this I am friendly, quiet, clean and respectful and essentially would want flat mates who are similar . Essentially wanting flatmates i can form a friendship with and depending on how well we gel some chats vent nights, some laughs ,movies shared dinners etc . But I can be introverted too, do experience alot of burn out with my adhd and just life in general and will keep to myself alot and have my days too . But really hope to find people that are more chatty can't really do people that are too formal and serious 100% of the time. Obviously also having adhd , autism friendly environment or people who are understanding of this and don't make you feel like you are too much ! Like even just been able to be each other's support from time to time would be nice to . I am trying to apply for ndis at the moment for myself and it woupd just be nice to have some supportive house mates now and then whilst I also understand we all have our own life's. I would obviously not be ok with people going through my space at anytime . Not after a party house , loud noise , loud music , no drugs\drama. Wouldn't be ok with people coming over all the time either , if you are seeing someone and they are here alot of the time they need to chip in with bills I won't be paying someone else's usage. Aside of this I am pretty active and enjoy gym, walks, cooking and will be meal prepping here and there . Just wanting a safe quiet positive space to come home to hence the long bio . I would also require room to run my own fridge standard size and some storage space for a few storage tubs/bags if need be. Apologies for the long bio but I need to ensure I can find the right place and house mates for myself so i do need to be quite fussy and a bit selective, not wanting any dramas 🙏. Thankyou :)))
