I'm a young adult looking for somewhere to live and that is affordable. I'm looking for part time and casual positions around Brisbane and the Gold Coast. I am on JobSeeker too.
When looking for an accommodation, I tend to find something close to a train line or active bus route since I don't have my full license yet or a car. (If your willing to give auto lessons, appreciate it) And just close to shops ideally. If we are living together, I'll be happy to help out with chores and such when it's needed, all you have to do is ask.
My budget is based around current scenarios. Ideally $150-$250wk ($300wk stretches it) is what I consider affordable for me personally and a lease of 3-6 months is something I'm happy with.
Now the fun part. When not working! I tend to play video games, write, read, create video games, and content for YouTube and Twitch Stream. I'm extremely nerdy, I'm LGBTQ+ Friendly and a furry too! Extremely chill and open minded about legit anything.
