Looking for a house around the Redland Bay Area, preferably near Wynnum area if possible. About me I work full time, in my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, catching up with friends or just enjoying the day relaxing at home. I’m not a smoker and would prefer someone who doesn’t smoke either. My clubbbng days are long behind me but I do enjoy a social drink now and again (I’m not a big drinker). I enjoy people’s company for chats etc but I do also enjoy my own space, as I can get abit ‘peopled out’ from work, so sometimes I like to come home and just sink into the sofa. I’m from the UK so if you like Eastenders, will get on great haha. I am a clean person (not a clean freak) but do like a clean house, I would rather clean as I go than let dishes etc pile up. I also respect other people’s belongings and items and would just appreciate the same in return. I would prefer somewhere with a back garden or just an outside area would be okay. I do like a big kitchen and 2 living areas would be ideal, but not a make or break thing. I do have a 3 year old son who I have currently every Wednesday afternoon and Saturday (no overnights). Ideally I would like a 3rd/4th room as a study and/or little room for Reuben to claim when’s he around.

HEYYOOOOOOOOO I work full time, scuba dive, sail, and am just getting back in to fitness after a hiatus. I've just graduated Marine Biology and am keen to live life a little more now that I have some free time! I'm generally up around 5.30/6am and will often have 4am departures for diving - although hopefully moving east side will make these wake ups a little later! I currently work full time in the Gabba so would love somewhere nearby or within a 20-25 minute drive (less preferable of course!). Not looking for a massive party house with kick ons eeeevery weekend but definitely down with having mates around every now and then. I like a full, fun, happy house where I'm comfortable enough to do my own thing and not have forced nightly dinners together haha. I'm pretty easy breezy but would like a nice, tidy home where everyone is conscious of what needs to be done and just cleans up after themselves for the most part. Sinks full of dirty dishes give me the heebies and dirty toilets give me the jeebies so if you're a super lax household on cleanliness, I'm probably not the one for you! If you are super anal about cleaning...I'm probably still not the one for you haha :D Budget = $250 including bills, $230 without bills

Hey, I’m 24 years old—quiet, clean, and respectful. I’ve just wrapped up six months working on a cotton farm and am currently enjoying a short overseas break. I will be back on the 11th of August so im trying to get something organized. Once im back and settled in I want to Study a cert 3-4 in fitness as im passionate about the gym. Im also lucky enough to have a job lined up on the north side once i’ve successfully found a place. I grew up near Dalby, went to school in Toowoomba, and wanting to make the move to Brisbane.
