I’m a full-time teacher based, looking for a comfortable and respectful share house to call home at the end of Sept 2025. I’ve had over six years of share house experience, and for the past five, I’ve taken on the responsibilities of managing bills, rental inspections, and liaising with landlords — so I’m very organised and dependable when it comes to shared responsibilities.
I value open communication and respect for each other’s privacy and space. Since my family isn’t in Melbourne, I usually spend my weekday evenings at home. On weekends, I like to catch up with friends in the city or explore local spots.
