Easy-going, clean and tidy. I'm an engineer working FIFO which I reckon makes me an ideal tenant as I am single, permanently employed, cashed up and mostly absent.

When I am home I love coming back to a clean, quiet, restful place. I am looking for self-contained, safe accommodation with offstreet parking for my car. I have no pets, children, boyfriends or other dependents to worry about and my plants are still alive (small flex?). I am happy to live with anyone, but would prefer self-contained accom so my travel doesn't interrupt anyone.

Unfortunately my roster makes it difficult to attend inspections in person so I am keen to virtually inspect, video-call, or any other comms needed to give you confidence I am not a scammer / bot (and I you). I am highly motivated to secure the right place and can sign/ pay deposit as soon as this week. I am happy to pay over advertised price to secure a lease if possible. My landlord is moving back into my existing rental with his heavily pregnant wife so I really need to be out by mid june absolute latest.
