I work in tech and study (also in tech!).

Looking for a place to rent long-term (12 months+).

Somewhere quiet, to recuperate/relax in the evenings.

Big noisy parties and late night boozy drama is not my thing.

Would be great to live in a vibrant area, with lots to explore at the weekend! I love history and culture, Exploring on sunny days.

Small gatherings, coffee mornings and Movie nights are the perfect pastime. Coastal walks. Keen to try some nature trails and bushwalking.

Keep to myself a lot (studying). Enjoy the company of likeminded people - happy, quiet, genuine, and curious about the world. Age group late 20s - 50s.

Clean and tidy, quiet, considerate, respectful and reliable. Have lived with others and alone, no dramas, always pay rent on time etc.
