An English gal, been in the land of Aus for 12 years.
Looking for a place to rent long-term (12 months+).
Somewhere quiet, to recuperate/relax.
Big noisy parties and late night boozy drama is not my thing.
Would be great to live in a vibrant area, with lots to explore at the weekend! I love history and culture, Exploring on sunny days. Small gatherings, coffee mornings and Movie nights are the perfect pastime. Coastal walks. Keen to try some nature trails and bushwalking.
No kids or pets but I do have Delia, my Thermomix. She's too big for a cupboard, so would need a space on the kitchen counter. If you haven't tried a Thermie before, they're great fun and make cooking a breeze!
Keep to myself a lot (studying). Enjoy the company of likeminded people - happy, quiet, genuine, and curious about the world. Age group late 20s - 50s.
Clean and tidy, quiet, considerate, respectful and reliable. Have lived with others and alone, no dramas, always pay rent on time etc.
I'm studying IT with TAFE Online 4 days a week and go to work (also in tech!) for the other one. After my course is finished (2-3 months), I will be increasing my days at work.
