G'day guys. I'm Jess and I am looking for a place to rent at most 30 mins from the Melbourne CBD. I am currently working full time and do work shift work, so I'm looking for a quite place. I do have a golden retriever and a cat so pets will need to be allowed although they are outdoor pets. I am tidy and like my alone time, but do enjoy the a good chat, and the occasional movie night with a couple of drinks. I also like getting outdoors, so it would be nice to have someone do go hiking with! I am interested in both a room to rent or in finding some other people who are happy to team up and find a place together. Because I have pets I am looking for a relatively big place, so the more people who are interested the cheaper the rent will be! I am currently scheduled to view a couple of houses that are in the Sandringham area, so if you are interested please let me know, and we will see what we can work out.
