Hi, I’m Mohit — an IT professional, relocating to Sydney due to job requirements.
I’m reliable, respectful and easy to live with.

I work in IT infrastructure and operations, which means I keep fairly regular hours and tend to have a calm, low-key presence around the house. I’m the kind of housemate who keeps shared spaces tidy, pays rent on time and respects everyone’s privacy and routines.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and trying different cuisines. I’m not a party person —
I value a quiet household where everyone gets along without drama.

What I’m Looking For -

I’m flexible on the type of place — whether it’s a private room in a share house, a granny flat or a studio. Ideally located in or around North Sydney with easy access to public transport and the CBD. Parking availability is a bonus as I may have a vehicle with due course of time.

Budget is under $250/week.
