Hi everyone!

I'm a 27 yo male and my lease is coming to an end in a couple of months. I’m a work-orientated young professional working in Federal Government.

I'm looking to move into an apartment within the next 6-8 weeks. Ideally, I am after a queer-friendly place to live, with 1 or 2 other flatmates. I'm fairly easy-going, and can respect the privacy of housemates, but am also totally down for chats and the occasional game night or wine/cheese night!

I am after a private bathroom and a furnished bedroom (to make the move-in process quick and easy). I also definitely need a carpark. Happy to pay up to $375 a week and sign on for a 6 month lease initially, with a view to extend. Pretty flexible with suburbs as I can either drive or catch public transport into the city for work.
