Kyle and Andressa

Hello everyone! 🙌

We’re Kyle and Andressa.

I’m Kyle, 28, a full time property manager and am growing a e-commerce and travel business outside of work, I gym during the week and like to get out on weekends or have a quite weekend in.

We like to be social and have a drink or dinner but can also appreciate our own down time and respect others too.

Andressa, 26, is from Brazil currently studying English and Civil Engineering, similar to me enjoys being social at times and can respect others space too.

We both like to travel and have recently come back from Thailand, I (Kyle) have mixed nationality of South African, British and grew up in Australia 🇦🇺

We’re looking for properties/rooms around Kangaroo Point down towards Wishart area and in between with aircon in the bedroom and best case scenario our own bathroom.

Happy to also apply for properties with others too, I get accepted very easily for places with a perfect rent record so we won’t be looking for long if you are similar, hoping to find someone committed to the lease which is a must along with a rental ledger 🤩
