We are both very clean and quiet people. Always pay bills and rent on time or direct debit if available. We are looking to relocate from Berwick to be closer to my family.. I am also expecting a child so we will need something private or flat. can give previous references and happy to help out extra as much as we can. Will need to be a landlord willing to sign a rent assist form (centrelink approved) also providing extra reassurance to the landlord by doing so.
