My name is Sam and I'm a 27 year old creative and writer. I've recently relocated to Melbourne from Newcastle NSW . Working full time now in the building/manufacturing industry. Solid, secure job. I need to be close to public transport for work & handy to the inner suburbs for entertainment. No furniture & very few other possessions with me (All in storage in NSW. It's a future me problem to get it down here) So I won't take up much space.

I'm looking for a place with friendly, respectful flatmates who don't mind a bit of socializing occasionally. I'm a creative person (writer) so moving in with like minded people would be ideal. I'm responsible , clean and like to cook and garden. My tastes are a bit alternative in music and fashion. I am a smoker, but I won't smoke inside. These days I mostly use vapes anyway.
