Hi there I’m Kevin. I’m a 28 year old male, Australian born and raised in Sydney and currently living in Brisbane and looking to relocate to Melbourne for a move date of 5th February 2026.

I’m looking for a furnished queen room in an apartment either a studio to myself or sharing with one other person maximum, ideally located in the Melbourne CBD or surrounding neighbourhoods, preferably with a tram or metro nearby. I hold a full time job here and will have secured a job prior to moving but that is tbc for now.

Im looking for a housemate male or female similar in age, who wants a clean and tidy housemate. I pay rent on time every time and have plenty of rental history. I’m looking for about six months so I can establish my own space and place in the city but it may be longer depending on circumstances.

I like socialising and I’m a music lover, but If I’m staying in you could usually find me cooking some delicious food followed up by binge watching something on HBO
