Hi, I'm Demi, 29, and I'm looking for a friendly, stable share house where I can hopefully settle long-term.

I'm creative and fairly relaxed at home. I love drawing, painting and arts and crafts, as well as plants, cooking, movies/TV and making my space feel cosy and homely. I'm generally pretty quiet and independent, but I also enjoy having a chat in the kitchen, occasionally sharing a meal, playing board games, watching a movie or doing something together with my housemates. 🏡

I've lived in share houses for several years, including my current home since 2023, so I'm very used to communal living. I'm respectful of people's privacy and downtime, clean up after myself and like keeping shared spaces comfortable and tidy. 😊

I think I'd be most compatible with friendly, respectful and easy-going people who want their share house to actually feel like a home.

I'm happiest in a household where everyone communicates openly, cleans up after themselves, contributes fairly to shared responsibilities and is considerate about noise and common spaces.

I've been living independently in a share house for several years, so I already have quite a lot of household and kitchen items. I'm flexible though — if I'm joining an established home that's already furnished, I'm completely happy to only bring what's actually needed and store the rest. 🏡🎨🛏

I also have plenty of plants in pots and would love to bring some greenery with me if there's suitable space. 🌿
