Hello! I work as a full time nurse and also study. With my current schedule I am quite busy and will be in and out of the house a lot.

-Shor term lease only (flexible, but minimum 3 months) I will be moving interstate soon.

-I’m looking for a place 30 mins. max away from work. But ideally, would like to find a place in inner city, inner west, eastern suburbs.

-I’m looking for a place where I can socialise with my (future) flatmates, yet can have my down time as well.

-I’m very responsible, respectful, friendly and would help to make the place tidy 🤍

-I would like a place that is clean and convenient to public transport.

I’m also interested if anyone offers granny flats, studios, etc

Budget: $350-400/week incl. bills
