Hi, I’m Nikhil, and I work in tech as an Analytics Engineer. I’m planning to move out of my place in Richmond and am looking to team up with 1–2 like-minded people to find a new apartment or house together. I already have furniture, which makes setting up a place much easier.

A bit about me: I’m neat, easygoing, and value a clean, comfortable home. I’m not big on partying, but I do enjoy a warm, relaxed house vibe where everyone feels welcome. Ideally, it’d be a friendly household, maybe cooking together occasionally, hanging out, or the odd games night but equally happy to respect personal space if that’s more your style.

I have furniture (couches, fridge, washing machine, beds, etc.) that I’m happy to share if we move in together.

Location-wise, I’m aiming for areas close to the city like South Yarra, Richmond, Southbank, Kew, and nearby suburbs, but I’m definitely open to exploring options a bit further out as well.
