Hey guys. I am a full time winemaker who enjoys a social household. I am after a stable long-term lease and ready to move in November.

I am looking to be close to the CBD to have a place of community and enjoy the city lifestyle.

I'm easy going, friendly, and enjoy dining out, or heading outdoors for a hike on the weekend. I'm tidy, respectful of my housemates and keep mine and other's spaces clean.

Prefer a place with like-minded people, where we can occasionally cook with each other, put on some music and enjoy a beer together. I enjoy having a yap and yarn after a work day, and tend to be home during most the week nights whilst getting out and about and enjoying time off over the weekends. I am respectful of others routines and personal spaces, and would ideally like to live somewhere that is a communicative and happy household.

I have lived in share houses before with both females and males and happy to provide references on my previous lived experiences.

Budget can go higher for the right place, I'd prefer a bedroom that can accommodate a queen bed and a bit of storage space. I currently have a whole house of possessions so can provide furniture and kitchenware etc if needed.
