Hi! My name is Cynthia (she/they), and I’m searching for a home ideally in the Ashfield-Summer Hill area, but open to places throughout the Inner West! I’m a queer, disabled artist of Peruvian and Polish heritage, with great taste in music and clothing. I’m a freelancer, so my schedule varies and I work both from home and out and about.

My ideal house would have plenty of sunlight and good ventilation, minimal stairs for my arthritis, shower that ISN'T over a bathtub, an outside space and proximity to public transport. I value rest, community care and learning as a lifelong pursuit.

My budget is $300 p/w, and I can move mid April-onwards. Looking for something long term, so please shoot me a message if you think I would be a good fit! Also open to setting up something new - so please reach out if you're in the same boat and willing to face the rental market with me.
